Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of food. Coffee was great. The decor was beyond beautiful ELIAS the headwaiter was straight out the most luxury hotel. And the food was delicious especially the omelette.Noufissa The staff manager was most accommodating person you can find in a hotel. Everything was perfect room was done sheets were clean towels perfectly fresh.. at front desk was NORA with a beautiful smile always then NABIL ready to help in anyway could then you had Safa and Halima with a gracious and courteous assistance in anything I needed and of course Arcell front desk manager DEOU five star head manager I came to this hotel for a day I stayed a week that says it all

The only thing that could have been better was to stay longer unfortunately vacations are short and had to go back to work so leaving the hotel was the only thing I didn’t like about my stay at the MANDARIN Palace

Beautiful hotel with amazingly kind and attentive staff full of smiles to help with any wishes making you feel really welcome. Food was lovely at the restaurant and just a few steps from the beach. The only very negative point is that all seaview rooms are located on the side of the hotel's second swimming pool on the ground floor which had extremely loud disco music playing until 3.30 in the morning so sleeping was impossible as closing all the windows didn't kill that horrendous noise

I enjoyed my stay at Mandarin Palace - the staff was very friendly and the rooms clean, All amenities as described. The view from the bar/breakfast room over the city/bay is fantastic. This hotel is located on the furthest end of the city, an excellent location for those who require a more quiet stay. You can get to the old city center by foot over the boardwalk, it will take approximately one hour.

The choice of drinks at the bar was rather limited.

We went at the beginning of Ramadan but the hotel accommodated our family needs. Everyone was so nice to us and helped us arrange to see the sights.

The rooms were small and so we needed two rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel made sure that we were in connected adjoining rooms. The pool was out of service. It was build close to the sea side and there were not a lot of fast food places within walking distance. However there was a large public playground within walking distance which was great for the girls.

The room was very comfortable, with very good bath and badroom part. Everything clean. All the members of the stuff (6 of them) we met in three days there were extremly kind and helpful. Breakfast also off high standard in a restaurant with beautiful view.

This hotel have big problem with soundproof quality of windows. On one side you have noise of traffic and on the other side noice of Night club. It is not really worth 5 stars, no matter how hard the kind personal there try to solve this fact. They seemed to me like hard working sailors on sinking ship. But, on the other hand, also other 5-stars in Tangier are not some diamonds (for much bigger money).

The location was great. The staff was wonderful. The room was very nice. The views from the 4th floor dining room were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast they served was beyond our expectations. All the selections, of which there were very many, were very fresh. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it.

There could've been a little more attention to details in the cleanliness of the room. The hotel overall needs a little updating.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but be aware that the toilet door is made of glass, with a gap between the door and wall, so there’s no soundproofing. The shower area is also glass, with a privacy coating. However, in our room, the shower was basically in the entrance area, with no shower door, so privacy was limited.

The service was amazing from start to finish. We were welcomed by amazing staff and taken to our room. The view from the room was mesmerising and a special way to start my honey moon. We ended our stay with an amazing breakfast bought to my room by a member of staff.

My room had a beautiful view of the pool, and the animation there made every day exciting. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were great. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway!!
