I had a wonderful stay at this hotel The service was excellent, and I would like to especially thank sarra for her warm welcome and professionalism. A special mention to Yasser for his outstanding professionalism which made my experience even better

The receptionists were all super nice and helpful. The food was good. The room is tidy and functional. Normal 4 stars service. They let you stay in the hotel premises and hold your bags after the checkout, we had a late flight back, this was helpful.

Not all the staff spoke English, it was hard asking things in the breakfast as they didn't seem to care either. There was a towel with a blood stain and a stained sheet. Pool was nice but they don't control the children nor adults running and jumping on it, nor the water guns. So we were constantly splashed and bothered even when not as close to the pool.

We are very thankful for your kindness, all the employees treated us with a warm welcome. 10/10 for the cleaning lady every time we got back from street we could still smell the freshness in the room; 10/10 for Nizar if we are coming back is because of his hospitality & service (for real please keep this Sir in your hotel/restaurant) there will be many more clients that will return for sure // he is the best waiter we ever had; we are very thankful to meet you NIZAR!!You deserve all of the best (we would love to have you working for us)☺️ and as a friend!!! I work unconventional hours as a private banker humanitarian I own a Financial Institution and I have 35 brokers around the world so the night staff were great as I hardly sleep. Being able to smoke at the bar. A delightful room with a good shower. The assistance I got from backroom staff was fab as Booking.com never took the payment and they managed to assist me once at hotel even though it took a lot of time. I was travelling from Dubai when the booking was done.

Booking.com is a problem. My booking was made online as I was travelling from Dubai. There is something wrong with this system as even though you add card details they do not take the payment which is really weird. When I arrived I could not just check in and go to my room to shower to head to the bank for my appointment as the bill had not been debited from card and it was a total head ache and I nearly missed my appointment at the bank with the Group Director. I ended up getting locked in the bank with the group director and staff until I had finalised all. Staff moaning they were tired? Too far from shops etc so I was informed to move by my fiduciary and legal team as I am here on business not pleasure.

I checked in the hotel and went to my room the heating wasn't working went down to the reception reported and they said engineer will come to your room I wanted 15 minute he arrive he messed with the heating and he left and I waited 30 minute no one come so I booked another hotel went down to the reception they wasn't help full the manger was very rude and I ask the refund she have said we do not refund the money she have said we can change room I reply I all ready booked a another hotel which I all ready paid so they refuse to make any comment, so II went to another hotel, I may ask the booking. Com to get my refund back? Thanking you and wait your reply

I really liked the hotel, especially the treatment of the staff and the car guard

the only thing I didn't like was the receptionist named Sarra, when I paid for my stay she directly took my bank card and put it in the dataphone and automatically She selected the option to pay in the dirham currency and she did not give me the option to pay with my currency, she kept telling me that it is automatic when it is not because I have currency exchange security and emphasize that a professional never touches the card of the client, it is always the client, the owner, who inserts the card and touches the dataphone, the receptionist only puts the price and everything else and accepts the client!

What did I not like that's the question Staff is awesome,big thanks to the chef that did the best Paella I had in years the steak, u could have cut it with a spoon as so tender,my Pina colada 🥥🥥🥥🥥 Reception staff ,I felt like Princess on holiday,I don't want to leave anyone out as it's really a Team work there hotel has comfortable beds,big TV,big shower with all u need A big big thanks again was a pleasure staying there, I like the fact that the Hotel is located just outside the chaos of the city ,taxis everywhere anyway at good rate

This is just a suggestion is not that I didn't like it but the room that now is used as a gym I would love to see a small spa for massages and facials with all the beautiful natural products Marocco has to offer

The hotel is very well located, the interior and cleanliness are great, the staff is helpful and polite. Tip: request an invoice immediately upon check out

I am really sad about this. I gave the receptionist an email address and he said he would send me the invoice immediately. I have been waiting for over 14 days and still have not received it. The communication with the hotel is appalling. My mistake. I should have asked for the invoice immediately upon check out. I have learned my lesson for next time.
