First and foremost, the location of the apartments could not have been more perfect. Situated in close proximity to Tangier City Mall and just behind the train station, we found it incredibly convenient to access all the amenities and attractions the city has to offer. The fact that the old city (Madina) was a mere 11-minute drive away was an added bonus, and we appreciated being within walking distance of all the local coffee shops. The spaciousness of the apartment itself was truly impressive, providing ample room for our family of four to relax and unwind comfortably. With two bedrooms, a generously sized living room, and two bathrooms, we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the unparalleled service provided by your staff. Without fail, they attended to our every need promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our stay was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we were continually impressed by their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction. Furthermore, the availability of parking both in front of the building and in the basement, free of charge, added an extra layer of convenience to our stay, making it even more enjoyable. Very good location modern hotel with spacious rooms

Noise from street came through windows. Suite was supposed to have kitchen and drying rack. Whilst it had the kitchen and washing machine which is great there was no drying rack, no plates, no spoons, no knives, no washing up liquid, and we had to ask for things and wait. Towels and bath mats missing in the rooms two days in a row. Our luggage was supposed to be brought to the room- we waited an hour then went down and they at first could not find it then did. Breakfast good but often missing important items like teaspoons for eating the yoghurt and stirring tea.

Brilliant stay, exceptional value for money. Location is central in Tangier city centre so Resteraunt’s, cafes and shopping malls are just a walking distance away. Facilities and room were nice and clean and room service was provided daily. Apartment was a great size, with a separate living area, kitchen and bedroom / en-suite. Breakfast was great too. Decent amount of options.

Entertainment wise, TV could be smart and have casting ability or the ability to watch YouTube / Netflix. They had only one or 2 English channels which were news channels so the TV was useless. I forgot my travel adapter so finding a UK compatible adapter was practically impossible. It would be great if plug sockets had USB inputs to charge devices directly like many hotels offer. Breakfast could have had more options but I guess for the price you can’t complain.

We recently stayed at the Pestana Hotel in Tangier for a week, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who were always available to answer questions and offer assistance. Their hospitality truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. Every day, housekeeping ensured our room was spotless, with fresh towels provided regularly. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, thanks to the strong security presence, including vigilant staff at the entrance. One of the best things about the Pestana Hotel is its perfect location. It’s just a short walk from the shopping mall, where you can find a convenient supermarket for any essentials. For those who love shopping, this area is ideal. The hotel is also right next to the boulevard and the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea breeze and a relaxing walk. Plus, the nearby train station and taxi stand make getting around the city extremely convenient. Overall, we had an amazing time and felt at ease every day, knowing we could leave the hotel without a worry. We highly recommend the Pestana Hotel in Tangier for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and centrally located place to stay. We can’t wait to return!

For us the hotel is perfectly located near the railway station and the hop-on/hop-off bus. The hotel offers parking, which is great. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a fantastic collection of TV channels. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, but only used one of the bedrooms. The apartment has a small kitchen and a washing machine (we didn't use).

The AC was a bit complicated to operate and initially the TV remotes didn't have batteries. The breakfast buffet was good, but not so much to our taste (hummus was very good, though). For a longer stay the kitchen wouldn't be well equipped, but we only had a cup of coffee in the morning.

The rooms and the hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff is warm and welcoming. The location is prime as it is in the Bang city center. 2 minute walk from the main train station which connects the major cities. Airport is also a quick 30 minutes drive.

The only downside to our stay was the constant noise coming from what I believe was either an electrical/air-conditioning panel or shaft next to our room as we were staying in 1503. But we did not say anything as we were mostly out and about and the noise was not noticeable in the bedroom. It was mostly in the living room. Although this did not hamper our experience.

Location: This is the best location if you're in Tangier for a few days. It's a few minutes walk from Tangier Ville train station, the intra and inter city cabs and hop-on hop-off buses all depart from here, there's a 24x7 general store next to the property and the best restaurants, mall, stores are all in a 500-mtr radius of this aparthotel. We were in Tangier for 8 nights and I cannot describe the time and money we saved on organising day trips simply by staying here. The apartment: Super spacious, stylish and has all the basics. The bed was super comfy, the lighting in the apartment is excellent. The bathrooms are huge. We really had a lot of legroom during our longish stay and missed the apartment for.a long time after we checked out. Breakfast: They have an ELABORATE breakfast spread should you choose to include it with your booking. We had a really good start to the day and it kept us organised for taking on the rest of the day without worrying about getting breakfast elsewhere. The staff is lovely! Super friendly, accommodating and responsive.

If I had to nitpick, could have more cutlery and kitchen/tableware (we didn't cook, just ordered in, if at all, but I can see how it can be problematic for someone who plans to fully utilise the kitchenette). The housekeeping needs some fine tuning.

Excellent find. We needed a hotel for one night only (plans changed) and found this property. Once we checked in, we wished we could have spent our entire week there. The Pestana is a clean, modern hotel less than 5 min from the train station. The Hop-on-hop-off bus stop is right around the corner. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was actually a suite and it was spacious, and spotlessly clean with kitchen, WASHING MACHINE, Living room and very nice bedroom with adjoining bathroom. We had no issues with the wifi. Breakfast was quite good. Overall, an excellent choice for seeing Tangier.
