The apartment is just like the photos, nice and clean with daily cleaning. The staff was fantastic, kind, helpful and always smiling. All necessary amenities were available including a safe in the bedroom. Thanks

A bit noisy as the location is on a busy street. Also very hard to find a taxi in the area but in the last 3 days of my stay I discovered an Uber-like application called Careem. Make sure to download it.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and well appointed,, the beds comfy and showers decent. The attached restaurant was also excellent, best Tagine I had in Morocco, and reasonably priced too... They also offer room service.

Only drawback was people in room above arrived at 0200 and we heard their shoes clomping around on the tiles .. gratefully it was only a 15 minute interlude, beds were comfortable.

Staff were wonderful and so helpful. Apartment was clean and well decorated. Restaurant attached to the hotel had a good selection and was perfect for breakfast. Location was perfect for us - close by to the train station, taxis, restaurants convenience stores and easy for pick ups for tours outside of the city.

Not really a problem but the location is a little way from the Medina (approx. 30mins on foot) via some very steep hills. Would probably not recommend the location if you plan to spend the majority of your time in the Medina as you will likely get a number of taxis back and forth, especially if it's a hot day.

Absolute amazing stay, staff were excellent and accommodating, I had originally made a mistake on my booking and booked for a single person the manager waived any penalties and smiled and upgraded it to 2 people. Food in restaurant is top quality and staff at restaurant are very friendly and polite. Definitely stay here again next time I visit tangiers

Very helpful staff who arranged us taxis. We booked 1 bedroom but ended up with 2 as there was 4 people. The restaurant which adjoined the hotel served good food. The apartment was large, bright and modern. It was cleaned after our first night with new towels. The TV was hard to navigate with remote controls although there was plenty of apps on there. All in all very good value for money.

Property is bit old and room doors were creaky, thin walls. Air conditioning was difficult to control properly and location was away from Pier - hotel is actually Tanger App Hotel but listed as Hotel Appartement Tanger which shows closer to the pier

I would rate it 9.5 but it is not possible to add 0.5. - I highly recommend it.

This can't be considered as a negative thing : - The location is good. It is located in the city center but not very near to the Municipal Beach (you'll need to walk between 20 - 25 minutes).

We loved everything. From the moment we arrived until we left. It started with - we waited a few minutes until the reception was free to accept us, so they brought us each a cup of coffee and a bottle of water (we didn't ask for it - it was all part of their hospitality). The flat was big, clean and well-equipped. (There were a few things that we requested to supplement and the fantastic people in the reception stocked us up with everything - and more). The staff were absolutely FANTASTIC!!! (apologize, but don't remember names). We ordered a breakfast which was brought to our flat, and it was just a treat - thank you! We knew in advance about the two beds in one of the rooms that couldn't be moved together (read reviews here), but we managed. It was more important for us that there were two showers. The apartment hotel is not in the centre (about 20–30 minutes walk) but we knew that when we booked and were very happy about this decision. Supermarket next door. The hotel is new - only opened up a few months ago. Much better than expected. Would certainly return

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping came daily and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great and there is a supermarket which is conveniently located across the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Huge, very clean and quite comfortable apartment with very good beds. The reception was friendly and helpful. Right across the street from the hotel, you could park your car cheaply (10 DH a night).

As some reviews have also complained, at night there was an annoying noise from the street in the room - drivers speeding up and honking their horns. So if you have problems with sleep, the earplugs wear out.
