I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Mohamed, the concierge, was outstanding — professional, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The receptionist was equally excellent, welcoming us warmly and ensuring everything was smooth during check-in. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. The whole team was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Overall, a five-star experience thanks to the amazing staff who made all the difference.

Everything was perfect

Staff were friendly, the hotel was a short walk from the main area of the city, a short walk from the Old City/Kasbah, it was on the main road so the amenities were pretty much on our doorstep so we did not have to really venture far - no complaints!

The swimming pool was full of dead bugs! It looked like it had not been cleaned out for a while, although the hotel staff were selling the swimming pool as a plus point - would have loved to go for a dip if it was the case. Only black spot to a brilliant base, though!

Incredible staff very kind always ready to help and go the extra mile to make the customers happy. Pick up taxi to and from the airport arranged by the hotel staff. Rooms get cleaning every single day even during weekends with refill of necessities. Swimming pool was exceptional and the breakfast delicious. I definitely want to come back.

Very friendly staff and good placement of the hotel, everything is close by.

It can be very noisy from the traffic, you can hear is clearly from the room. The internet connection was terrible, i could only use them on certain areas of the room. The pool is very shallow.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel location is perfect close to lots of different food places. Taxi available across road and the taxi men are so helpful. Overall, it was a very good experience for our first visit. The beach is 15 min walk away, which was perfect .

Perfect location between port/beach and the medina. And close to bars/restaurants. Modern clean and spacious room with huge double bed. Lovely bar area and staff.

Noisey with traffic all night and Music until late. Spa was closed.
