It was right in the middle of the center, super close to almost everywhere. Really worthy of money. Friendly staff. They helped us to arrange a trip to Cap Spartel, and we met with one of the best drivers👍🏼 then he took us to the beaches and the price was really good. If you book this hotel I recommend to ask for Mohammed as a driver😊 they gave us clean towels everytime whenever we asked. The people on the reception were really friendly, nice and well mannered.

Only one con is a little bit of noise during night. The toilet was not at it’s best condition.

location is in prime spot, right in old town. staff is exceptionally friendly! they let us check in early, let us check out 30 minutes late free of charge, and were very helpful in recommending local spots to eat. reception desk even scheduled a taxi driver to pick us up from the hotel lobby for our trip to the airport.

entrance is a little tricky to find, and reception desk should take more care in asking female travelers their room numbers in front of strangers waiting in the lobby, as the hotel doors are open 24/7 and anyone can come in at any time.

The Medina location was very convenient and easy to find. The multilingual staff was friendly, and the room and ensuite bathroom were simple but clean. They were also very flexible with my booking. I kept adding additional days, and they were accommodating. They also booked a 5 AM taxi for me, and the ride came right on time, with a professional attitude.

As good as the location is, it's also right over a couple of very popular cafes. The walls between floors/rooms/hallways are thin, so noise levels are high. In my case, I forgot to bring my earplugs. If you stay here, don't forget your earplugs or at least ask for a room in the back, away from the cafes. To be fair, I stayed over the weekend and into the week. Fortunately, the noise levels dropped during the week.

Moueniss was very welcoming, nice and made the staying feel easier. Very proactive too, the guy needs a raise and that’s what made me stay besides all the street noises that made me not sleep the whole 2 nights i spent in the hotel. It’s a very active area, so by booking in this hotel u better be ready for all the medina noises, because overall the staff, the location and the utilities are just perfect !

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

1) Lack of air conditioning. 2) The noise from the plaza outside was overwhelming - not just people talking, but also musicians playing loudly and a guy with a microphone yelling until well after midnight.

Great location the staff are amazing and one of the nicest views from the terraces iv seen of tangier! It’s in the centre of the Medina and it’s easy to find, the cafes are kind enough to let you take the tea or coffee up stairs to relax in your private space away from the crowd. I’ll stay again, it was a pleasure to show my step dad around and be taken care of.

I loved the location, I loved the competitive pricing, I loved the staff who was able to communicate in 5 different international languages, English, French, Spanish. Italian and Arabic

The rooms could make do with heating as it gets a bit cold at night, the room could also make do with carpets because the floor tiles freezes

Location is great for a traveller, right in the middle of the action, and its walking distance from the ferry. Free internet is the fastes i have seen in morocco.

They say parking available, well not quite. The hotel is in a medina, where are pedestrian streets only, there is s largish carpark after the roundabout as you exit the ferry, then you need to walk uphill in the medina approx 400m.

the position was great and also the staff was amazing really nice

we didn’t have that much towels or soaps also it would have been nice to have the room cleaned, not necessarily everyday but even every two days would have been nice :) but other than that everything was super nice

Large cosy room above the hustle and bustle of the medina. Food and shops all around. Good soundproofing and comfortable bed. - I slept soundly. Roof terrace with 360° views of the medina. Warm, welcoming staff always willing to offer advice and suggestions for visits.
