The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. I was especially impressed by the stunning view and the hotel’s cleanliness. Despite my check-in being at 4 AM, there were two staff members at the reception, which was reassuring. I also appreciated the convenience of having a parking facility. What stood out the most was the professionalism and dedication of Fouzia, the housekeeping staff member, who cleaned my room with great care and attention to detail. Her hard work and passion truly made a difference. Thank you, Fouzia, for your exceptional service!

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Farah Hotel in Tangier many times, and each visit has been nothing short of perfect. This hotel consistently exceeds my expectations in every aspect, making it our best choice in Tangier! Everything was perfect as usual, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Loubna for always ensuring our experience is outstanding and to Badr, who works at the reception at night, for his professionalism and helpfulness. The bungalow is a true gem – spacious, beautifully designed, and with a terrace that offers an amazing view. It feels like a huge suite, providing the utmost comfort. A big shoutout to Najat for keeping the bungalow super clean and for her kindness. Her dedication to maintaining the highest standards is truly commendable. Additionally, a big thank you to Faouzia, who did a perfect job when we had the room for a very long stay , she is a lovely person and the best at her job, making our stay even more enjoyable. I ll definitely always book half of my stay in the room and half in the bungalow as I love both 🥰 The breakfast team, especially Hassan, always starts our day off right with their delicious offerings and friendly service. Farah Hotel is consistently a perfect retreat for us, and we look forward to many more stays here. I’d like to start by saying that the check-in process was very smooth, and I particularly appreciate Achraf for taking the time to explain all the facilities to us. Unfortunately, the gym was closed for renovations, and I was really upset about that. Also, when I ordered food from room service, the pizza was delivered in a wooden carton, as if I had ordered it from outside, and the tacos came with no utensils, no sauce, and just a plate

It was very welcoming from the moment we entered. Each day we were greeted with a beautifully cleaned room radiating such gorgeous scents. The service was impeccable. I cannot thank Soukina and Ghizlane enough for their consistent hospitality and service. The decoration Soukina left in our room each day was so sweet and made us smile. They both are a credit to the team! I hope they see this message and are rewarded. The breakfast team were lovely too! Each morning we were met with lovely ambience and vibes from all especially Hassan who managed the floor so well! He was very organised and is overall amazing at his job. Ilias and Kholoud were also very helpful and pleasant. Thank you so much. The sunset views were also incredible due the position of the hotel! We loved it! We will definitely be back again soon.

The pool wasn’t heated. So this was difficult to swim in even during the day.

A special mention goes to the housekeeper Fowzia, who impressed us daily with her creativity in decorating the room’s curtains, towels, and bathrobes in unique style each day—it was a joy to discover her thoughtful surprises. The reception team, particularly Mariem and Chaimae who greeted us with a warm smile were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The combination of a peaceful setting and attentive service made our experience truly memorable.

This hotel is a 10 in terms of cost, amenities and service. The rooms were very clean and the vibe was modern luxury. Lamiae, who was our room attendant- was extremely kind and accommodating. She cleaned our room even after it was past the hour- and made sure we had fresh towels every night.

The bar at the pool is not the fullest- I would have liked to see a blender. That said, the bar tender poured me a “San Francisco” that was very good- and where else can you have crepes and cocktails poolside with the beach behind you?!?

Chiemma at reception was incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and ensuring we felt truly valued. Lameia from room service and cleaning did an outstanding job, keeping everything spotless and well-arranged with great attention to detail. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, and Hassan at the buffet provided excellent service—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great start to the day with his warm hospitality and efficiency. The food selection was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes.
