The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were always clean and comfortable.

The security guard was incredibly insulting. We heard him say some of the most foul curse words in moroccan arabic next to my family towards another other guest ( this happened on Friday at around 1:20pm ). That man should be fired immediately. If it wasn't for the overall amazing experience, i would have rated it a 1/10 just for that.

The apartment was brand new and very comfortable. You can rarely have such a quality in a beach resort, be it in Morocco or elsewhere. The staff was very friendly, from the receptionists to security and to the cleaning staff. The gym and the pools were really great. There is a beautiful beach 1.5 Km away called Playa Blanca.

No breakfast, it there is a nice restaurant just in front of the hotel. The location is outside the city. So you should either have a car or plan to stay between the hotel and the beach.

A well managed property out of hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Nothing except that one has to go out to have breakfast and meals… only one restaurant at a walking distance..:

Excellent Location, clean and comfortable

Staff in reception although smiling all the time but they are not helpful at all very strict I book for 5 adult and one child but actually we were 6 they refuse totally to make an exception for one person although it is an appartement and we can mange for our stay and according to their rude attitude we had to book for our 2 daughter in another hotel which made us feel bad all the time I will never recommend it for my Freinds and sure I will not come again

Sea view two bed apartment. Clean . Spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful could not fault the accommodation New Andulas restaurant across the road is very good and reasonably priced

Need a car to stay here . Only one restaurant near by and the mini market within walking distance doesn't sell enough products. No onsite shop or restaurant.

Terrific experience. The spot is Top. Super clean, staff from managers to house keeping helpful and smile. VIP service I should say. All equipped. Far enough from city 10 minutes driving but delightfully quiet. Even security team are top. Thank very much for making my stay in Tangier memorable. InDrive is practical and coffee shop/ restaurant is crossing the road! Ask for Widad and Hajar Top service.

Nice place and lovely people working there all the staff are welcoming and friendly. It’s very good space and the view is lovely. House keeping especially Doinya was very helpful and friendly and very good. Reception staff were very friendly. I would differently recommend them. The rooms are bigs and lots of space for the kids to move around.

Not many hotels I have been to can be compared to Dubai but Mnar Castle seriously shocked me!!! The apartment was stunning, roof top Terrace, 2 beautiful bedrooms with stunning views over looking Spain. Very modern and luxury living and dining areas. The entire plot of the hotel is designed much like hotels IN Dubai. The staff are extremely friendly and help. With anything you need from. Problems to reservations. The price is definitely worth it for what you get and I will definitely return to Mnar Castle

The customer service was absolutely outstanding and in my opinion what makes this place great. Had some loud neighbors and upon calling, they immediately gave me a quieter room. The staff is very kind, respectful, pleasant and helpful. The appartement was very spacious and clean.

Needs better noise isolation. You can hear the neighbors way too easily inside your room.
