What I liked the most was the lovely staff, in particular Othman, from the management office, who showed high level of kindness and understanding of our disappointments and resolved them immediately with great generosity.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Stunning views. Gorgeous rooms. Facilities excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff stood out - many of them so, so lovely.

Very little to say here. There were some very small, odd things that I didn't expect from a 5* hotel. Our room didn't have a remote control or a hairdryer and we had to ask for more towels. We only got robes on the day before we left. The room didn't have information that would have been helpful, like room service, laundry costs etc. These are SUCH tiny things. On the whole the hotel was wonderful.

We loved our room with the private garden, and hated to leave! We travel with our small dog and he loved going out and laying in the sun in the garden. I found it to be perfect place to relax, read, have a glass of wine or a coffee. The staff was exceptional. Fatima, at the front desk, Mr. Ali (?) in the Crudo Restaurant, as well as a lovely young woman who served us at dinner. So very efficient and kind, I wish I remembered her name. Everyone was so very helpful and courteous. The food that we had at Crudo was excellent too...couscous with chicken, fish, everything was delicious. Also enjoyed the wood fired pizza.

I wish there had been a list of spa services online. I tried to visit the spa but somehow could not find it. I would have loved to have had a massage and hammam, if available. However, my day at the pool made up for the fact that I could not have a spa treatment. The pool was beautiful and clean, and the lounge chairs were comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent, warm, hospitable and always looking to exceed expectations. Majda and Iqbal in particular took special care of us and were present, elegant and always smiling. The concierge and front desk at the hotel were always happy to help and welcomed us with a smile

Our experience with the concierge was good but there a couple of occasions where information was missed, for example the fact that the Kasbah is mostly closed on Fridays for prayer would have been good to know, and one Monday evening we took a taxi arranged by the hotel to the Morocco club also booked by the hotel only to find out it is closed

The property is a stunning historical palace — absolutely beautiful, with a large lush garden that adds to its charm. The staff were incredibly kind, and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a private garden. The room’s design was elegant, and the garden added a deep sense of peace and relaxation.

The only downside — which was entirely my own fault — is that I didn’t explore the hotel properly when I first arrived. I wish I had taken more time to enjoy all the facilities, especially the pool and the expansive garden. Overall, it was an exceptional and memorable stay!

Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Our family upgraded to 2x garden rooms and very much enjoyed the quiet outdoor space to relax. The breakfast buffet was generous, with both Moroccan and international offerings. The staff was generally very helpful and attentive, though I would say more staff are required in the pool area as it was difficult to find anyone to take food and drink orders. The hotel is located about a 15min taxi ride from the old town. As this was the last stop of a two-week trip, we were happy to chill out at the hotel for most of our stay, but if you are wanting to be amongst the vibe and activity of Tangier, you might want to choose to be closer to the action. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

The most beautiful and unique hotel we have stayed in - the design is spectacular and just walking around in the hallways is an experience! The room was spacious, also well designed and had a beautiful big bathroom and a balcony. All the food was amazing - the absolute best was dinner at Parisa, the Persian restaurant in the hotel (it would be worth a visit just for the design and the big door to get in!), beautiful Caesar’s salad and lobster roll by the pool, and seafood in Crudo restaurant. We were also amazed by the selection available for breakfast - there was really everything and it was all so delicious! The pool area is lovely, the gym is excellent (lots of machines, decent amount of weights, water, towels and even apples) with a beautiful big changing room with saunas and jacuzzi. We didn’t have any spa treatments but I’m sure these would’ve been great too as the staff was always there and very welcoming. Lastly the staff was exceptional - we were really looked after the entire time. We loved the barman in the bar who came up with new cocktails for us, the lady who cleaned our room checked in to see if we needed anything else, and someone even put a bookmark in my book when they realised I only had a receipt to use which was the most beautiful little extra touch. Reception was quick and everyone was so helpful. The most exceptional and unique hotel and definitely worth a visit.

The hotel was very quiet when we were there so there wasn’t enough of an atmosphere, hopefully it’s just because it’s a new hotel because it really was perfect!

I had an exceptional stay at Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier, a hidden gem nestled in the green hills overlooking the city. The location offers tranquility away from the city’s hustle yet is easily accessible by taxi from the main train station—perfect for a relaxing retreat. The breakfast experience was a highlight, with a stunning restaurant view and an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, from continental favorites to Moroccan specialties. My room was spacious, luxurious, and elegantly designed, but the private terrace was the true standout. Watching the sunrise from there was breathtaking, with panoramic views of Tangier bathed in golden light. The hotel also arranged a private tour to Tetouan and Chefchaouen via a Mercedes Vito, making for a seamless and enjoyable trip. Our driver, Abdulhamid, was knowledgeable and fluent in Arabic, which helped navigate the local dialect. Overall, Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier exceeded my expectations. With seclusion, luxury, and top-tier service, it’s the perfect place to unwind in style. Highly recommended—I’ll be returning!

Everything is amazing could not even explain how kind respectfully friendly they are. Actually they mad our vacation much better you feel like you are at home. generosity Is the first thing you will notice when you visit Morocco. Definitely I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants special moments in their escape. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are very, very friendly. We did not miss anything. The service is fast and the facilities are beautiful, varied and wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness is at its utmost. The amount of comfort in the stay is something I have never experienced. No hassle or delay in ordering times. They do everything in their power to make your stay a happy one. The restaurant staff deserve gold stars, especially the employee Iqbal, she made my day happy 🌷

A stunning physical build. I’ve never stayed in as nice a place. The location was inconvenient but meant the views to the mountains were gorgeous.

For a five star hotel there is no generosity. I’ve stayed in three other Fairmonts. There were no welcome treats in your room. No chocolates at turndown. No nuts/olives with a drink. No bikkies with a coffee. I’ve never been in a hotel of this calibre where this doesn’t happen. We also had a snippy female staff member when we were trying to sort out a problem of the hotel’s making. So as it stands now, I’d stay elsewhere.
