Fantastic, complete breakfast ! Eggs, fruits, breads, veggies. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English very well. Nadia in particular was very friendly and went out of her way to help. Tangier is a big city so you’re about a 30 minute walk from the port; 40 minutes to the train station so a taxi is advisable. About 20+ minute walk to the Medina. The room was comfy.

The only thing for me that would have been a bit better is if the curtain actually fully covered the window. It was because of the proximity of the air conditioner and so the curtain didn’t fully block out all the light. No hair dryer but that was not an issue for me.

This hotel offers great services for its price :) The breakfast is included and it's a buffet with many things to help oneself to. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and always there in case we needed something. They tried their best to meet our demands and we truly appreciate all of them for that

The only inconvenience was the curtains in the room. We didn't stay in bed long enough to know for sure due to our schedule but, although the curtains are opaque to prevent light in, it might be better for the hotel to invest in navy or black ones of the same style since colors like Beige will still allow some light in. And for sleepers like us who need complete darkness to sleep, it was a little inconvenient. But nothing dramatic that shutting one's eyes, being exhausted, or using an eye-mask can't fix !

The front desk staff were welcoming, especially Nada, who, after a long day of travelling solo, welcomed me with a smile and a hassle free check in. She was informative, friendly and courteous, and always carrying a smile on her face. The chef and kitchen staff were outstanding and proud of the food that they had prepared for both the free breakfast and dinner that was included in the cost of the room. Authentic Moroccan food beautifully laid out in a clean comfortable roof top setting and all during Ramadan. I found the location to the downtown Medina, waterfront, and Souks to be a comfortable 2 km walk. It is approximately a one hour walk to the train station or a fifteen minute taxi ride (due to traffic)

The sound carries on tile and marble flooring so at times I could hear tables being dragged across floors, but honestly I was waking up early to get a start on exploring the sights so it wasn't upsetting.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tangier! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly professional. The breakfast was simply royal—so delicious, fresh, and with a great variety. One of the things that really stood out was the cleanliness—everything was spotless. And we must mention the quality of the mattress, which was absolutely fantastic. We both slept like babies! A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is clean and has all the necessary facilities. Rooms are clean, have AC and very comfy beads. The breakfast is great and you can find a very nice variety of food. The staff is helpful and will receive you with a big smile. The location is not terrible; you have to walk 15 to 20 minutes to the Medina.

There were some renovations in some rooms, so you could hear the hammers from 9 am onwards. The staff will help you with some "tours" and taxis, but they will take an (in my opinion) excessive commision for it.

The property was really clean and nice. Everything looked newly refurbished. The bed was really soft and big, the sheets and towels are very clean , the bathroom was immaculate; I greatly appreciated the tub since I was pretty tired and needed a hot soak. The breakfast was delicious, hot drinks and tea was tasty, a good selection of eggs and fresh pastries. I also tried their room service and the food was really good. A really nice hotel and good experience, the staff were really nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.

You get what you pay for, I think is the best option if you are only for a short stay in Tanger. Good value for the money, I cannot not mention the stuff in the restaurant they served us free soups and a appetizer for free!

The only negative I would say which it didn’t bother me and my partner is that even with the balcony doors closed you can hear the busy road like you have the doors wide open.

First of all, the roomservice. O m g, we need a moment of silence to explain how good it was. Literally! The clubsandwich and the pasta chicken, unbelievable and for that price we didnt expect much but where truly overwhelmed. Anyway, the location was good, we could park there but there weren't much places. So when u go in the summer, maybe there isn’t enough space. We went outside for breakfast but went looking one time, and it seemed fresh and fruity. We would come back!

The hotel is in a good location near the city centre. So within a walking distance or short trip by taxi you could go to close by areas such as the old souk and the grand soco Marina Bay ( few more minutes by taxi) The hotel is located near a roundabout and a long road with a tunnel. Shops are on either side. Equally, the hotel catering is available le which is super convenient. Breakfast Buffet is what really blew my mind. It was absolutely delicious and super healthy with additional pastries, smoothie fruits, cereal, you name as well local breads. I actually met the chef who went and made me fresh omitted with cheese ( can't remember his name , he's quiete tall and has tooth brases) absolutely top notch service and excellent customer service and outstanding hospitality MASSIVE THANK YOU

The small corners hops are a little further up the road and sandwich shops if you want to eat out

I enjoyed staying in the hotel and been well treated for three nights. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants a good deal between the prices and the quality provided. The restaurant crews are amazing specially the cook and the princess Khadija as they are very responsive and the quality of food is excellent 10/10 😄👌💟 Greetings and thanks

I was bothered by guests arriving at night rolling their travel bags and chatting loudly between rooms. please add some notices and let them know that people are sleeping inside and to be quiet. Also better not to give to a client who booked - a complete bed- twin beds as they are not comfortable and we might have pain due to the separation in between. 🤦‍♂️
