From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. It could have been nice to have dish washer and maching for washing clothes. I think for my part it important to offer a driver services or mini buss that take us around the city and to the airport.

The reception provided all paperwork I needed and various Morocco info. The restaurant food was delicious and at good prices. The restaurant has low volume music, where I could also work at with my laptop. Internet worked well both at room and at restaurant.

In the shower the water kept changing to cold. Only after returning to full hot it would start warming up again. Happened all times, not accidental. Room has a bit of noise even at night hours due to Moroccans using horns while driving 24/7. However, for the price paid, I consider these were justified. Only mentioning them as constructive feedback.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The rooms are amazing—spacious and styled like apartments, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was extremely clean, and the apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pillows were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep! The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beautiful bay area, perfect for scenic walks. The staff were genuinely polite and incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. There was free water and coffee on the room and staff alowed a late checkout without any extra pay. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay, this is the spot!

The best stay I’ve had in Morocco for service, hygiene, and food. Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. The extra sitting room is spacious for luggage. The room even had a Quran and prayer mat. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely return!

The hotel is a full two bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room, dinning table, two bath. Very spacious and clean! Fabulous dinning room and equally wonderful staff. Exceeded our expectations. Even better was the hotel staff! I have very rarely encountered such dedicated people to help us and ensure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. One wonderful staff member helped me to rebook our ferry as it was cancelled at the last minute. Another staff member saved a parking stall right in front of the hotel and even walked with me to an ATM! Incredible service. All of the staff greeted us with smiling faces throughout or stay. Amazing to have had such wonderful, helpful staff and a great place to stay.

Modern building, excellent location from the Marina, old city and new downtown. Staff were amazing. Can’t praise them enough. From concierge to receptionists (Omaima and Co), restaurant staff (Hamza and Co) and cleaners and room service! They were all very welcoming and took really good care of us, especially my little daughter. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tangier 😊

Everything in this place was good. It was a great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean room and comfortable bed. It was surprisingly very quiet despite being close to the center. Just a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel's restaurant was also really good for both breakfast and lunch/dinner. Should have tried this one before. We will definitely book this hotel next time as well.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff, everything was great! Absolutely recommend to everyone. Super clean facilities, and lovely rooms, really liked the food at the hotel restaurant and booked hammam in the spa which is next door and the hotel provided a discount voucher for us to use. All the staff from reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff were so helpful and polite.
