I booked a room at City Bleu Maroc because it was close to the venue of a conference I needed to attend (Kenzi Solazur hotel). It is located just 10/15 minutes walking from the shore and in close proximity to shops and supermarket (such as the Ibn Batouta Mall). The room was actually a full apartment, so it was really spacious and it was very well equipped (a fully functional kitchen, air conditioning, a large sofa and TV...). The air conditioning was working well and the internet connection too. The girls at the reception were very kind and they kept my luggage for a couple of hours while I was waiting for the room to be ready for the check-in.

The bedroom was facing the Avenue Mohammed V, which is a very busy road, especially in the late afternoons and evening, so there was some noise, although the sound insulation was ok. The reception is not really easy to find: from the Avenue, you must turn right, go straight to the plaza, and open a gate on the right. You will see a swimming pool, and the reception is on the left.

The appointment has stunning, almost panoramic views over the Harbour and port area. We had a very enjoyable stay - super comfortable beds, ample hot water for showers, we'll equipped kitchen, and the living room was well furnished with sofas and seating from which to take in the views. The wifi was reliable and fast, and the air conditioning worked well, which was crucial as we were there during the hot August weather. The washing machine was a bonus, especially with it being situated on its own in a small utility room off the kitchen. The staff were extremely helpful at all times. They responded to emails with questions about the accommodation promptly and they arranged transfers to and from the airport for us that went very smoothly, even though we needed to leave the hotel at 2.30 in the morning to catch our early return flight. All the members of staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and efficient at all times, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The location of the hotel is very convenient with a large choice of good restaurants nearby, and is within easy walking distance of the Medina and old town, the corniche and bus tours, which started from the Harbour area.

The bathroom, although functional, is in need of work. The seal around the bath is very mouldy and badly finished, detracting from the overall appearance of the bathroom. The washbasin needs a plug, as does the kitchen sink. Washing up without a plug is not easy and wasteful of water. The kitchen also needs tea towels for drying up, and a new dishcloth/sponge for washing up would have been more hygenic.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my entire stay. From the moment I arrived, the lady made me feel genuinely welcome. To my surprise, I was even offered a free apartment upgrade, which made the experience even more special! The apartment itself was spotless and cozy, and everything was just as described. Even the parking attendant was super friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Honestly, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience – everything exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely come back again!

The location is very nice with the sea and marina view from the balcony, the flat was spacious and good enough for me ....

The bathroom was really a hassle , there was a water leak from one of the taps making the bathroom floor unsafe to walk or use the toilet, I have informed the receptionist but they didn't take action to replace or repair the tap, cleaning was not good enough....

I really love this property because it’s so close to everything. It’s so spacious and clean. It also has the best sea view! I love it! Can’t imagine the quality with this price. Most importantly the host lady Bouchra has been so nice and patient with me. She has shared the travel spots with me and always very responsive whenever I need something. This place feels like home away from home!

The receptionist, Bouchra, was very helpful with directions on how to get there and how to reach the parking garage. The apartment was very clean and spacious and my husband loved that he was allowed to smoke within the living room, provided we aired out the place. The location is very good, close to everything, and from the windows you have a beautiful view over the city and the ocean.

Fabulous location, shops restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Very spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable couch. The upgrade to a sea view was lovely. It was great having the apartment as the weather wasn’t great and didn’t feel confined to a hotel room with no facilities.

Slippy in the bath/shower.Motorbikes revving in the middle of the night. Very busy road,so the bikers,ride at night. Makes sense. First night a bit iffy, second and third, brain knew what to expect. One mug,for two people! It was a big one,so we shared.
