it was a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive—both the rooms and common areas were well-maintained and spotless.

The television felt like a relic from the past, with a small screen, poor picture quality, and limited channel options. In an age where most hotels offer smart TVs or at least modern flat screens, this was a disappointment. Watching a movie or catching up on the news wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

The hotel is situated Very close to the beach. There are nice views and plenty of places to eat along the main road of the beach. The reception staff were happy to suggest some places to dine. There is also a small supermarket 1 minute away from the hotel. And next door is a dry cleaner so you can wash your clothes and get them pressed within a few hours. The service was incredible! I should have asked for his name but I will refer to the “young man” from reception as being extremely helpful when myself and my wife were being quite difficult haha 😅 We asked to change the rooms twice due to some inconveniences and they gladly accommodated us so there was a 5* service, thank you for that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tangier! The location was perfect, very convenient for exploring the city, and the view from our window was lovely. The room was spotless, and what stood out the most was how clean and fresh everything smelled — especially the towels, which had a wonderful scent of fabric softener. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the warm hospitality and a great experience!🧡

Mohammed was really lovely and so were the other 2 but didn't get their names. Staff are helpful when needed advice or a taxi (better to get your own, save money). The bedroom was really nice and had a balcony with a view of the Marina. There was traffic noise through out the night which people have previously complained about but it was minor, we were able to sleep well (beds were comfy and clean). The bathroom was dark and did have a funny smell but disappeared quickly as I sprayed my perfume. The shower head was really good.

Hotel on a hill so be wary with big luggages. The bathroom had a smell.

The hotel is 32 min easy walk from the high speed train station. Room was as on the picture, with small balcony with nice view to the small street and bit of sea. Internet was working, as well the heater of the AC. Staff was helpful very much.

The bed mattress was worned out and need earplugs for the street noise as the window did not close properly, the bed was not comfortable the mattress need to be replaced. And on the check out day morning was electrical short cut/no electricity, which is okay. Plus there was no chair in the room which is okay.

Absolutely everything: it’s location was close to everything we wanted to see and do; the facilities were clean, hygienic, comfortable; and the staff & front desk were always helpful, informative, and professional.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, and the restaurant desk is always staffed with friendly personnel ready to assist. We were thrilled with the hotel’s location. It is situated almost on the promenade, directly across from the port, and the beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. A taxi to Cap Spartel cost around 150 dirhams, but I believe it’s possible to find a cheaper option. The furniture in the rooms is modern and new, we felt very comfortable

Excellent location: walking distace to the Medina and to the modern area, very near the beach. Very comfortable bed. Big size of the room. Bathroom worked very well: hot water, pressure, ... Quite hotel. Very nice staff. Great place for breakfast very near. A lot of restaurants and shops very near.

The amin street has a lot of traffic ad at some hours there was a lot of noise.

The location is great The check-in was easy The rooms were very clean, and the shower was hot The cleaning lady asked us if we wanted her to clean the room every time and got us new towels every day Over all it was really nice

There is no parking that belongs to the hotel And because its location is in the middle of "touristic area," it was hard finding a parking spot

This was one of our favourite rooms during our travels. We found it just a short walk from the port. We were greeted by two helpful members of staff who spoke great English and checked us in without delay. The room was pristine. Nice balcony and view. The single beds were bigger than expected and extremely comfortable. There was a good sized tv, safe and silent fridge in the room. The bathroom had a good supply of towels and included soap, shampoo and body wash. There were two drinking glasses available. Also a working hair dryer. The communal areas were minimalist and immaculately clean. Check out was simple. We had a pleasant stay.
