The location was great. It was just next to the waterfront, a very nice and safe area in town, with plenty of restaurants around. The people at the front desk were very helpful and nice to us. The room had a fantastic view of the sea.

The room had a toilet split in many parts: one small room for WC, another for the shower and the sink was inside the room itself, so that wasn't very confortable.

Location was excellent. The view is sublime. The staff were smiley and very helpful... Any time, in French, English and Arabic. Ibn Battuta mall, municipal beach, and old city are very close. They accept credit cards.

The main gate and the room door were difficult to open and close!! Other things could be improved, like the bathroom (leaking). No breakfast for this price? So loud at night!

This hotel is definitely one to go for! It is in an ideal location. Rooms are comfortable with great air conditioning & hot shower . The hotel guys are just welcoming & super friendly/entertaining, specially Mohamed. They always go over & beyond to assist & support you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back. Totally recommend this place. You will not regret it. Have fun!

The location is great. Easy walk from-to train station and market. Mall/supermarkets/restaurants/hair salons/ spas nearby. Staff helpful, printed documents for us upon request. Overall a good option for the price.

It's a 2-star hotel so you get what you pay for. The shower without a proper door, and water running out of it (even into the main room) was very annoying.

Great location on the seafront, close to all the facilities of the new town and within walking distance of the old town. The room was a good size, and the heating was efficient. The property has a lift. We paid for a queen room with a sea view, and I would say it was worth it.

The furniture had seen better days. There was no hairdryer and there were no English or Spanish language TV channels.

the door was very hard to open - we had to unlock and then push it hard, then turn handle hard, then open. if there had been fire I’m not sure we could’ve managed to get out quickly. :( the shower head holder was broken off at the wall so we had to hold the shower head to shower. shower opened into the bedroom, which was awkward with my kids of different genders. the elevator didn’t always work right. sometimes we had to get off and back on to trigger the door. sometimes it started to close but reopened and nobody was near the door.

Convenient, spacious, quiet apartment in a safe neighborhood close to multiple restaurants within walking distance and a nice public square area. Parking is readily available on the street outside the apartment building.

Only complaint was there was no toilet paper or toiletries but there are 2 grocery markets within 1/2 a block so we were able to easily pick some up.
