We requested a sea view room and they did not disappoint. The location of the Solazur is excellent, just across the street from the Corniche and walking distance to downtown and other locations. This hotel has been a mainstay in Tangier for many years and has one of the best locations available. The room was perfect, very comfortable and the view is unbeatable. The staff were very hospitable and friendly.

The lobby has become run down and the public bathrooms in the lobby for guests waiting to check in was the worst I have ever seen. The toilets did not flush and it seemed the staff was either unaware or unable or uncaring of that situation. Shocking given the location and stature of the hotel.

During my stay at the Kenzi Solazur Hotel, I had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The hotel offers beautiful facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, but what truly made my stay special was the friendly staff. In particular, Hakim and Wafae, who work at the pool, were outstandingly kind and helpful. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Their dedication to ensuring every guest has a wonderful time made my stay unforgettable.

The location is great The sea view is amazing Unfortunately, at the beginning, I had a bad time when i arrived with my family from a long trip , Marrakech to Tangier. I was very tired and found out that the air conditioning of one of the rooms I booked wasn’t working at all. And it was super hot I had to call several times for maintenance, but nothing happened. So I went to the reception asking for a solution The staff at first were rude One of them told me I had to deal with the situation because they didn’t have substitute rooms. I was really upset and started arguing Telling them that I have a health condition and the air conditioning is a must for me and as it was written among the facilities, it had to be working, otherwise I will cancel everything. At that time , they decided to give me an upgrade to a suite , which was spacious and clean and more importantly, with a working AC, not good but cool enough to make you feel more or less comfortable.

The hotel is crowded The front desk staff attitude and outfit needs ironing. They should reflect a good image of kenzi chain. They are not welcoming at all .

The location is fantastic and everything was as described. The room we booked had a side sea view offering great views. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were mostly very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in a locked room at both ends of our trip. It is a very pleasant 20 minute walk along the beach to the medina and only a 5 minute walk to the airport bus stop.

Check in is at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready. We ended up sitting by the reception desk for 25 minutes waiting. This might not seem too bad but we had a trip organised and it only gave us 10 minutes turnaround before we were picked up. If you say we can’t check until 3pm the you should have the rooms ready by that time.

We had the best experience ! Everything was clean and the the hotel staff was absolutely friendly ! Big thank you for Mme Monia Talla who kept our room extremely clean and who is such a sweet person ! Also big thank you for the responsible Madame from the tourist relations who organized a little surprise for my moms birthday with Mme Talla and another friendly woman (who’s name I forgot ) We had great breakfast everyday , so much choice and everything was fresh and delicious . The staff from the catering was also friendly and welcomed us every morning with smiles . The receptionists are all friendly and willing to help with any matters . And the men at the door are also all friendly and welcoming ! We had a great stay and will come back . The hotel has a great location and everything is near , there are a lot of cafes and restaurant nearby and few shops . The view is also great .

The friendly staff and the ease of check-in...we were given an upgrade to a seaview due to the pool being under renovation, that was a nice touch. The beda was very comfortable and the room spacious. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of all amenities and the port. The beach across the road was clean and lovely to sit on.

There was a lot of drilling and hammering in the late evening, which did become a wee bit annoying.

The room had a stunning sea view, offering the best scenery; on clear days, you can even see Spain in the distance, especially when it's not foggy and humid like in the winter. The place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with an abundance of variety in the food offered.

On the first night, I left the window open to enjoy the cold sea breeze, but I could not sleep well due to the noise from cars on the street, so I had to close it.

I have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions as a regular visitor to Tangier having stayed at other hotels , the the Kenzie Hotel is by far highly recommended, from the reception staff, the luggage attendants and in particular the desk manager Mr Redouane to be professional and very pleasant, of high standards, always attentive and polite, the room attendant was very pleasant and room was spotless,.

By far my choice of hotel in Tangier and great location. If I had to make a slight negative comment, the WiFi could do with it being upgraded as it cuts out at times.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location across from the beach and near restaurants is superb. The breakfast was wonderful and they made gluten free baked goods from my gf children and me. Excellent vibe at this hotel.

The facilities were not completely up to par with the air conditioning and refrigerator not working in the first room so we switched. Aircon was only minimally better in second room and sink wasn't draining well at all. The rooms look good but the infrastructure needs work.
