During my stay at the Kenzi Solazur Hotel, I had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The hotel offers beautiful facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, but what truly made my stay special was the friendly staff. In particular, Hakim and Wafae, who work at the pool, were outstandingly kind and helpful. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Their dedication to ensuring every guest has a wonderful time made my stay unforgettable.

The location is fantastic and everything was as described. The room we booked had a side sea view offering great views. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were mostly very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in a locked room at both ends of our trip. It is a very pleasant 20 minute walk along the beach to the medina and only a 5 minute walk to the airport bus stop.

Check in is at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready. We ended up sitting by the reception desk for 25 minutes waiting. This might not seem too bad but we had a trip organised and it only gave us 10 minutes turnaround before we were picked up. If you say we can’t check until 3pm the you should have the rooms ready by that time.

We had the best experience ! Everything was clean and the the hotel staff was absolutely friendly ! Big thank you for Mme Monia Talla who kept our room extremely clean and who is such a sweet person ! Also big thank you for the responsible Madame from the tourist relations who organized a little surprise for my moms birthday with Mme Talla and another friendly woman (who’s name I forgot ) We had great breakfast everyday , so much choice and everything was fresh and delicious . The staff from the catering was also friendly and welcomed us every morning with smiles . The receptionists are all friendly and willing to help with any matters . And the men at the door are also all friendly and welcoming ! We had a great stay and will come back . The hotel has a great location and everything is near , there are a lot of cafes and restaurant nearby and few shops . The view is also great .

I have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions as a regular visitor to Tangier having stayed at other hotels , the the Kenzie Hotel is by far highly recommended, from the reception staff, the luggage attendants and in particular the desk manager Mr Redouane to be professional and very pleasant, of high standards, always attentive and polite, the room attendant was very pleasant and room was spotless,.

By far my choice of hotel in Tangier and great location. If I had to make a slight negative comment, the WiFi could do with it being upgraded as it cuts out at times.

The room had a stunning sea view, offering the best scenery; on clear days, you can even see Spain in the distance, especially when it's not foggy and humid like in the winter. The place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with an abundance of variety in the food offered.

On the first night, I left the window open to enjoy the cold sea breeze, but I could not sleep well due to the noise from cars on the street, so I had to close it.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location across from the beach and near restaurants is superb. The breakfast was wonderful and they made gluten free baked goods from my gf children and me. Excellent vibe at this hotel.

The facilities were not completely up to par with the air conditioning and refrigerator not working in the first room so we switched. Aircon was only minimally better in second room and sink wasn't draining well at all. The rooms look good but the infrastructure needs work.

Perfect location Friendly staff Daily Housekeeping Room was a good size and had everything we needed Iron was provided upon request Lots of breakfast options We had a view of the pool/back of the hotel but it meant quieter nights than if facing the beach/strip as it’s busy 24/7

Pool wasn’t as big as the pictures but was still good for a swim Gym didn’t have as many facilities

Amazing staff, great location next to the corniche with parking and great breakfast buffet and restaurant. Service is great and made our fist visit to Morocco pleasant.

Rooms are nice, but not well isolated so you might be able to hear sound from other rooms / street. It didn't bother us though.

Fantastic location. Buffet breakfast had great variety and selection. Great views from oceanside room on the 6th floor. Always something to look at. The street below is insanely busy and traffic never stops until around 6am. If you want something quieter suggest you take a room that faces the pool. Very big hotel that also does conference groups which can mean the lifts get busy in the mornings. Pool was great with tons of recliner chairs, couches and tables. Also a lovely green area to sunbathe if you want a break from the pool. Service at the pool for drinks and food was also great. We had early tapas dinner at the Sea Bar and bistro. Food was great but it took forever to google translate the menu to know what we were ordering!. An English version of the menu would be helpful. Easy walking to many restaurants and city centre to mall and supermarket. Plenty of pharmacies if needed, but note they don't open until 4pm each day. We had an awesome stay.

Rooms are on the small side and no wifi working. I had an Orange sim so no problem and would recommend that anyway if connectivity is important. Road noise even with double windows. Was great they opened to let in fresh air. Stinky cigarette smoke everywhere you go with smoking allowed almost everywhere. This is all over not just at this hotel

The hotel was easy to locate, professional and enthusiastic staff in all areas. Very helpful staff on the reception desk and foyer / outside area. You are are welcomed and greeted from the point of arrival outside. I felt very safe which is important to me. The hotel was clean and spacious. Very friendly staff at all times who went out their way to be helpful. Breakfast was lovely and always replenished quickly. Very busy breakfast and again staff were friendly and professional. Good variety of food options. We enjoyed the swimming pool area, again very clean and helpful staff.

The bedroom decor is very dated and needs attention. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of coffee or tea when in the bedroom relaxing.
