The hotel staffs are very friendly and approachable, they were quick to attend to my problem especially when I told them that the AC in one of the rooms were not working fine they changed the room immediately and it was nice staying there. There breakfast was nice too though the staffs were overwhelmed by the number that came to eat there at once in the morning

The location with so many people in front of the hotel smoking and also the packing was not reserved thus struggling the packing with passerby which I think might not be too well for security though I don't know how tight the security as there was somebody who was outside guiding the cars I have to reassure my wife that we were safe thus the place is good for the money paid

Hotel is well run and the breakfast is excellent. It is very well located in central Maputo. It represented good value for money. The staff actually clean the pavement and the roadway outside the hotel.

The wifi worked fine though it seemed to be rather slow running on a speed test. The drainage for the shower in my room needs attention as it does not drain away quickly and I ended up standing in water.

Lovely, varied, tasty breakfast selection that catered for most pallets, including hot dishes, an egg station as well as a coffee bar, the Chefs "Chai" tea was super divine. Staff ( front-desk, waitrons, cleaners, security guards, supervisors, valets, chefs) at the Hotel, Coffee Shop and Pizza place were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. They went the extra mile in ensuring that our stay was problem-free. We were really impressed with the overall cleanliness and efficient service delivery. Great location, walking distance to most tourist attractions. I will strongly recommend Hotel 2001 to my family and friends travelling to Maputo....excellent value for money !!!

The Staff is so welcoming and Warm Reception, They help you to move luggage from the car to the room and vice versa. They worry that you are parked on a safe Location.

The Area around is difficult to Navigate....Try not to arrive when is already dark.... The Food is Mundane and Expensive....For the Level of Hotel ...They can do much much Better to UP their game in the Kitchen....

It's a great location, very nice and clean. The breakfast was more than enough with loads of options and most importantly the food was delicious, freshly made and Halal. Service in there was very professional and friendly, which makes you feel like you are at home. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. Also the free airport shuttle was useful and the hotel is good value for money. The facilities were generally very good.

even though had bit of a challenge with the room curtains as they can't close fully but half which brings more light at night and dusk then couldn't sleep enough to rest and the key cards would jam at times

Female staff need serious training. All seem suicidal. They are angry and rude. Chef at breakfast and cleaning ladies. Parking is an issue
