everytning was excelent

i was disapointed i could not order a glass of wine with dinner. i didn't know it was an muslim hotel. i've been to other muslem hotels in Turkey and all over the world and that was not the case.. i can understand if visiting someone's home and they don't drink alcohol, BUT this is a paid stay, and i it was not declarded as such when i booked. i would not have stayed there, even that the facilities were excelent -SORRY i'm not relizous, and i do not appreciate when relizeous ideas are imposed on me!

We went there for a work-related trip, so we made many different bookings from Aug 18th to Aug 30th, 2024! The staff was awesome in helping as with ALL needed arrangements, the hotel also has transportation services to/from hotel/airport, so that's very convenient. Breakfast is nice and cleaning services as well. It is located in a good area right in front of a shopping mall (where you can exchange money) and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés. At least for work/business trips this is an excellent option for your stay!

Internet signal can be a bit tricky but that might happen overall in Mozambique so be sure to buy a sim card to not rely on public place's wifi

The published rate was very reasonable and the actual package offered for a three star hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel rooms were modern and comfortable with all the necessary amenities to be expected from a good Europe located hotel. Service was snappy and on point and the duty managers were very capable and efficient in their roles. The valet airport transfer vehicle arrived 10 minutes earlier than the 04h45 time slot. The elevators were new and well maintained. The aircon in the room was effective and enough charge plugs at bed and desk.

Paying extra MET1000 per night to upgrade from a single bed to a double bed is uncalled for - if this was not charged I would have scored higher. The shuttle to the airport was 50% more expensive than the standard taxi rates. The windows were so dirty that one could not see out - must have been washed a few years ago. Windows were fixed and cannot open - only air-conditioning in rooms.

The place has very comfortable rooms and quality furniture. The TV is smart, which was pleasant, as this gave us access to Netflix. The staff is pleasant, and in a country where nobody speaks English, the staff spoke it quite well. The breakfast was nice.

Booking.com states that the property is beach front, the beach was quite a distance away, so this was misleading.

The staff were really friendly and professional. The hotel is centrally situated, so going out to explore Maputo is easy. The breakfasts were wonderful with slight changes in the menu every day. Dinner was also pleasant. There is safe parking in the basement with a lift up into the hotel. Vehicle safety is important in Maputo. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a few suggestions for management, and spoke to them directly. The shower leaked into the bathroom and our fridge did not work. I'm sure they have fixed this by now.

Overall I have a good experience, the hotel is in the center of Maputo so easily accessible to many places. The staff was great, and I recommend it to anyone who wishes to experience Maputo as a tourist especially. You can walk and still feel safe in the area.

The carpet had a little odor, but I believe it had just been cleaned. And the water in the shower wasn’t as hot, so it forced me to take quick showers.

Everything was perfect the staff made sure that our needs are taken care of from the porters to the cleaning ladies. We were treated like queens. This Hotel rating must definitely change to 5*

Nothing except for the street vendors who won't back down even if you tell them that you don't want to buy anything but this has got nothing to do with the hotel

Loved the breakfast variety even though they sell Halaal but they cater for everyone with their menus, the chicken livers are a must try.. the staff is super patient and friendly to help you at any time. The supervisor also takes time to come introduce himself and checks if you are fine. I am an agent so that was very thoughtful of him to make sure my clients are happy.

I really cannot fault them on much.

IT is situated rather in the center with acess to restaurants like Piri Piri (must go) and Mundo's The room are spacious. The internet is actually working. Clean with great stuff and comfy king size beds. The building is brand new and technology is fitted corectly.

Better part of the town. It was really clean, modern and offered reasonable breakfast. If they realise something in the room is broken they fix it immediately.

Some mornings some items from breakfast were missing like milk.
