The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine. Water was refillable at the Lift area The bed was very comfortable Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine. The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service.

At the bar, I ordered a glass of wine, and it was shockingly so little. It was just about a shot. I have never had such little wine in my wine glass ever before

I had an exceptional stay at Mercure Hotel in Yangon! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. The service at the reception was outstanding, efficient, and professional, making check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, my experience at Mercure Yangon was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and delicious food.

Check in very easy staff very helpful organised taxi for me and arranged pick up to airport even though I changed the pick up time the taxi was there and they organised my early morning take-away breakfast and coffee. The room was a very good size and comfortable, the bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom was a good size with a very nice shower. The bar staff at MI Casa were very friendly which created and nice atmosphere.

For such a hotel the toilet could of been of a higher quality

Great location. Staff very friendly and attentive. Spa good value for money. Food tasty and well presented. Bed extremely comfy and room large and clean.

My guest was not allowed to swim, so never joined me for dinner at the pool.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Central complex which has restaurants, bars, hair stylist, etc. Also, not too far from Myanmar Plaza shopping mall.

The room size was big and clean as well. It seems like residence room with kitchen facilty. It was very comportable to stay here, happy to see kind staff in the hotel. I want to stay here again if I go to Myanmar again:)

Exceptionally good experience staying there. From the friendly reception to the comfortable room. Very good room service and restaurant. A lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
