Everything! The location is awesome, and it was easier for us to access the main routes in and out of the city and around the city itself. This was the second property we stayed at during our visit to the city. Next time, it's our first and only choice.

Nothing serious, really! Minor issues: 1. Parking space was a challenge, but this was made up for by good security in front of the property 2. A part of the wall in the room obscured the mounted TV set, which necessitated repositioning the bed.

Nice location, few minutes walk from city entre. Breakfast is nice. The restaurant is also ok for lunch and dinner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean, the hotel very clean as well. Bed was comfy. Great wifi connection, good for remote work.

The rooms need better ventilation, specially the bathroom. Odors don't go away unless you open the window and the door. Perhaps the desk inside the room could be a bit bigger, although the hotel is mostly focused in tourism travelers than people doing work.

Quant and spotless hotel, very central, the food was excellent all namibian meat, i cant get enough of the steaks or lambchops, staff went out of their way several times to accomodate requests, and were just generally lovely to deal with.

Place was clean.

The receptionist is not readily available. They had to call them from somewhere all the time. The hotel parking space is not new driver user friendly. I struggled a lot to park the car.

The breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. Alright secured parking. Beds and bathroom was very nice. Good wifi.

The fridge was very noisy. The layout of the room. No view to outside, just a corridor outside so the curtains were down all the time we were in. The staff did not seem very mindful of our needs at times,

Location was great, near downtown area and not far from the beaches/coast. We arrived late, but still able to have an unexpectedly tasty dinner. Service was also very good.

Loved the design of the family rooms! Essentially 2 rooms one above the other with a spiral staircase gave ample room and privacy for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys.

The secure parking area was only big enough for 4-5 vehicles. and when they are all 4x4s it made extremely tight parking.

Location is very good. breakfast is adequate they they take very long to serve you.

The waiters are not very polite or helpful. Lots of noise filters into the rooms

The rooms are very clean and while the staff isn't that exceptional as the first time I was here in 2018, they were able to go the extra mile. The breakfast is great as well.
