No usb charge in room. Adapters was too big to the same socket that handles the lights, good to think about. Sorry to such nice place that Only One staff women with blonde top was too keen getting commission. Book us on very crowded sightseeing 32p OceanAdvetures (Don't use them if you like make photos quietly, without drinkers). It was Totally waste of money. Next time she book another crowded sightseeing, that she apparently get commission from but we cancelled it. We had to book ourselves with professional MHG tours, 4 people almost same price (recommend strongly) When leaving, the Same Woman with blonde top wanted extra commission a tip 😄

We had an apartment with a kitchen/living room area and a separate bedroom that was the perfect size for a week long stay. The location was good, we had a balcony with a view of the ocean and it was possible to walk into town but beware that this hotel is at the edge of the town so it's a bit of a walk to get to shops and a beach where you can swim. The breakfast buffet was very simple but you could order hot food too such as pancakes, eggs, omelettes and bacon. The dinner we had at the restaurant was good with big portions and reasonably priced. We had exceptionally good service from the shift manager that checked us in and also served us in the restaurant. We ordered a cocktail that was not to our taste but we weren't going to complain about it, however when he saw that the cocktail was untouched he insisted on bringing us another one for free, and then even tweaked it to be exactly to our taste. The housekeeping was excellent, they cleaned the apartment perfectly every day. On the whole we were very happy with our stay and can recommend it.

The window in the bathroom opened into an inside hallway which was a bit weird. Given the climate in Swakopmund, we would have loved it if the rooftop "pool" which is the size of a hot tub, was actually a hot tub because it would have been amazing to use it both during the day and at night with the views from there. As it is, it's unusable for most of the year, from what I know about climate there.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the rooftop pool added a special touch. The restaurant food was delicious—especially breakfast. The hotel created a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. We appreciated how the manager personally engaged with guests, which made the experience feel more personal. The hotel also helped us arrange activities and transport, including the Sandwich Harbour tour, which was amazing. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and memorable stay!

The staff, at reception and in the restaurant, were friendly and so helpful. The menu was varied and reasonably priced. They did a delicious omelette for breakfast. On the last day, I missed my shuttle to Windhoek airport and staff tried to help me. I eventually organised a lift with guests going to Windhoek. My room was quiet with a wonderful view of the sea and dunes from the fourth floor. The bed was very comfortable. A highlight of my trip was the Half day Sandwich Harbour 4x4 Dune trip with excellent guide and driver RJ.

The pool on the rooftop did not look safe but I think that area is being renovated. It needs more protection around it, especially for children. I would have liked to swim in the sea but was told that it was a bit dangerous, with cross currents.

The service from Martin and Otis was excellent. They really took great care of us. Otis kept going out of his way, over and above the call of duty to ensure that we had the best stay. I am certainly telling my friends and family who come to Namibia to stay at this hotel. Very good value for money Large rooms. We had a lounge and dining area, a big kitchen and 2 big bedrooms. There were 2 spacious bathrooms as well. Breakfast was delicious, and the service from the staff was excellent. We loved everything about this place.

On the 24th at around 13:50pm I called the hotel to ensure that my client arrived safely, the lady by the name of Thelma was very unprofessional while answering my call she was giggling on the other end and hang up on me, I called again asking her surname then she decided to be mute and ignored me. However around 19:17pm I called again and the gentleman who answered was very helpful & professional and even apologised for his colleagues behaviour as I narrated my earlier encounter. I’ll definitely send more people because of his professionalism.

Swakopmund Beach Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the area, 10/10 its central location makes it perfect for exploring the city and to the most beautiful places in the desert “Safari “ A short walk distance to the beach and the restaurant, the staff are incredibly friendly efficient and very helpful,ensuring a warm welcome. The hotel boasts a great atmosphere, combining a trendy modern vibe with comfort. I was updated to a honeymoon room very stylish designed and well equipped, providing a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing, which featured a selection of high quality ingredients and variety of options to choose from. Lastly i would like to thank the management “Marco” for help me to organise a bouquet of flowers, as a surprise birthday present for my lovely wife. His very professional and full of knowledge about customer service indeed. Thanks once again for the hospitality !..

Great view over the ocean, a beautifully designed and comfortable room with a balcony. Staff was very helpful, quick and knowledgeable in organising activities and suggesting places around Swakopmund! I do recommend!

Breakfast could have been better in terms of choice of food and quality of food. The hotel is 15 min walk away from the centre which in Swakopmund is far - however, the centre is not much of a sight, and the bustling atmosphere of the Strand should rather be avoided. So the hotel is located outside the busy centre which is not necessarily bad.

The room was nice with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. The service was exceptional and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. It was our marriage anniversary and the complementary champaign and special breakfast arrangement made our stay extra special.

The room was a bit small but nevertheless comfortable. The fact that our stay was so short, only one night.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Hotel - perfect location (quiet yet very close to everything), very clean and comfortable room with balcony and ocean views, good breakfast and very friendly and professional staff. Additional bonus is a large secure parking for your car. This hotel is a great value for money, and I would recommend it to everyone visiting Swakopmund.
