The location is just nearby the seafront, which is nice. You can walk 15min and be in the center, where most of the restaurants are located. The room itself was nice, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice as well.

The bathroom could be renewed, and the walls are not really soundproof so you can hear everybody coming and going in the hallways. Also the key/keyring is really noisy so impossible not to make noise while locking/unlocking the door. Also one detail, the room wasn't ready at checkin time, which wasn't great.

Breakfast was very nice! Laundry service was cheap and good and very quick. Nice welcome and room was very clean and comfortable and a good place to relax. Good location, quick drive into a nice town and lots of restaurants. Good value for money for 2 nights stay!

The parking was on the road which wasn’t as secure as we wanted for the rental vehicle. Reception shuts at 8pm.

Everything ! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommendations to local restaurants was very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, best so far . The property was lovely and warm,in the rooms and public areas. The bar and restaurant both had lit open fires. As an extra bonus we were upgraded to far better rooms. Fabulous hotel , do not hesitate. 100% recommend.

Very Spacious and Breakfast really good! Loved the Waffle!! My Son Would have loved the Waffle too. Next time!! The Staff, from Security, Porter, Reception, cleaning Ladies and the Breakfast Girls were very friendly and we laughed a lot!! Thank you for everyone, you did a great job and Please stay like that!!!

A Fan in Room would be nice, Although, after we asked for a fan, the front desk Lady brought us one.

Hotel was on the very edge of town, but being a small town it wasn't far to walk to amenities or shops. Breakfast was great, but it was the staff who were the biggest asset, they were fabulous.

Although street parking outside the property, and a street guard was on hand, perhaps gated parking would be a good idea for extra peace of mind

I was offered a free upgrade, as there seemed to be a misunderstanding about the rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast area had a beautiful view. Various cosy chillout-areas. Beautiful bathroom and shower facility. Location with short distance to sea.

The fridge made a lot of noise and so did the toilet ventilator.

Position is great - close to the sea, and nice to be able to walk along the promenade right out of the hotel door. Breakfast was really good, efficiently prepared and served.

I couldn't get the TV to work - I like to catch up on new on at least one of the international news channels. It would only open on Youtube - quiet possible I didn't know what to do with each of the 2 remotes.

Amazing location!! Right at the beach area where you get to BEAUTIFUL sunsets everyday... This place is conveniently located opposite National Aquarium. Obviously you need a car to move around Swakopmond. The walk around the beach area leading towards the Jetty is a MUST thing to do .

Breakfast options werent that great.. as most of the items was pork-related! The rooms were small but convenient for one night stay... Open shower concept is something that one cannot get used to!

The luxury room woooooooow is beyond my expectations 👌👌👌☺️☺️ , breakfast 👌👌👌👌.My toddler and I suppose to check out 10h00, and when the manager heard that we will only be picked at 14h00, my God I couldn't believe it when she offer us to feel comfortable and stay in our room until our hike comes. That's was just sooooo awwwwwwwweeeeee🤗🤗☺️☺️☺️👌👌👌for me. The fact that the manager put her clients first That's soooo super super special. Selma at the reception task you are simply the 👌 .My next destination during December. To the management team may the lord almighty protect and blesses you all.

This hotel is so lovely! The hotel is situated right next to the beach and like 8 min walk from the city center. My room, Superior Royal Ruby, was huge. I heard ocean from my balcony:) The bed was super comfortable. It was cold when I stayed so housekeeping put fluffy extra blanket underneath the usual one and I also got the heater in my room:) Would like to mention also welcome beer for free which waits for you in the fridge when you check in! Helena, the receptionist, helped me a lot to arrange all the excursions, she also found me a transfer the day before I arrived and the transfer from Swakopmund to Sesriem. This one started early morning, she was off duty at that time- and she still guided me in the morning with a taxi pick up to the hotel where transfer started. It was like 7 a.m. in the morning and she was there online through whatsup for me. I was really touched how thoughtful she was

I loved everything about hotel! I didn't like the wind in Swakopmund:) Didn't know winter in Namibia can be that cold:) Still Swakopmund and Swakopmund Sands so much worth visiting
