I had an excellent stay at Tenbergen Pension Hotel! The accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way—offering outstanding value for money, well-maintained facilities, and top-notch service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more pleasant. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation at a great price. I will definitely be returning!

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The location is good. Easy to get here with the car from the highway. There are enough parking places in front of the hotel. Our room was quiet because it was away from the main road. Organization of the airport transfer worked very well.

The restaurant was closed and we got only about 100N$ refund for not getting breakfast on 4 days. It is difficult to sit outside. The mosquito in our room could also not get killed by using spray. Some of the staff are a bit strange.

Good location, everything clean and nicely furnitured. The bed was very comfy and the room and bathroom had lots of space. The staff members were friendly and could help with questions. Price value was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was really good - but you only get a voucher which you can redeem in a bistro/restaurant downstairs with a small value. One breakfast item and one drink are in many cases already more than the value of the breakfast vouchers. It would be nice, if the vouchers would be of a higher value. Better signage coming from the parking garage would be great.

The room was spacious and worth it for a solo traveller, I liked how big the shower space was, and the bed was super comfy! The receptionist Marvin was amazing and really helpful, especially when giving tips on things to do.

I didn't like that there wasn't good ventilation in the room, especially when it's so hot. It would have been nice to have a dish cloth in the room, just to clean up after eating or to wipe the countertop to avoid flies.

Centrally located in a quiet complex with plenty of safe parking, a nice restaurant (Krisjans), and friendly staff. The room was clean and well appointed with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, TV, a comfortable work space, and a spacious bathroom.

The restaurant next door is only open for breakfast and lunch (not for dinner), but there are plenty of delivery options and other restaurants close by.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel on our last night in Namibia and highly recommend you stay here…..amazing value for money with all you could possibly require. Location/proximity to the city, just an 8min walk. Large modern room with comfortable bed, great shower, seating area and even a microwave and mini kitchen, with a real coffee machine 😊 Bonus, there was secure parking for our car hire before it was collected. Breakfast was included….we were given a voucher for N$150pp to wander next door to Krisjan’s Bistro and choose from their extensive menu….delicious! The staff are very welcoming and helpful, special thanks to Paulette for our quiet room, as requested, and her concern and empathy. Excellent wifi rounds out the perfect stay.

Couldn’t find anything to fault!

I had a huge, spacious room with a massive comfy bed, a big bathroom, and a kitchenette with fridge/microwave - this place is really well equipped for longer stays as well as just a night. The Wifi was reliable and fast enough for a work meeting via zoom. The staff are really friendly and helpful, it's well located for exploring the city or traveling to the airport (the hotel also organises transfers), and there's a great cafe/restaurant next door that has plenty of healthy food options, tasty burgers, and iced coffees/smoothies, etc. I've stayed here twice now, once with my boyfriend and once alone, and both times we really enjoyed it. :)

nothing - I'd highly recommend it!

The location was within walking distance of the centre and the parking was secure. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist (I think his name was Marvin) who also gave us some useful tips about the area. Our room was huge, light and airy and very comfortable and overall, spotlessly clean. We appreciated the kitchenette which despite limited utensils, still enabled us to self-cater for dinner. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of choices available.

Despite being a very spacious and modern shower, we noticed that the water did not ever drain away completely, due to the fall of the tiles, with the result that the following morning we became aware of an unpleasant odour. Although not a problem for us personally, it may well become an issue in the near future if the problem is not addressed.

The room was very spacious, clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Check in and out was efficient and quick. Airport transfer was arranged with a very pleasant taxi driver. An excellent breakfast was provided at an adjacent cafe, using the vouchers provided by the hotel.

This is a “no frills” hotel with services, apart from the actual accomodation, subcontracted out. This was not a particular problem for us as we only stayed overnight and the cost reflected this. Our flight arrived quite late and there really were no meal options available apart from asking the taxi driver to divert to a fast food outlet on the way from the airport, which we chose not to do.

Great Value for money. Particularly loved the large shower! Bed was comfortable and a good stay over in town for guests who are visiting for work or leisure.

Restaurant opened at 8am but we were told it’s opening at 7am. So we left to have breakfast at the the mall nearby. The gentleman at reception in the morning Marvin was not pleasant at all, would be great if he could be a little more courteous to guests. A special shout out to Shaama who assisted us when we checked in. Keep up the good work.
