A great guest house. Very comfortable rooms with all the facilities you would expect, decent shower, kettle, fridge, Aircon and fan. Big comfortable bed. Substantial breakfast. If you want cooked, just make sure you order it the night before. The staff is very friendly and will arrange airport transfers and so on. 10 minute walk from the centre of town. I thought it was quite safe during the day. At night, get a taxi.

If one had to be really pernickety then there are mosquitoes beside the pool. However, they provide plenty of spray.

We felt very welcome and at home the moment we walked in. The staff was very eager to help us with everything including offering us a more comfortable room and even making dinner arrangements for us at one of the local restaurants. Excellent breakfast with a large spread, everything was very fresh very delightful. Set in a very peaceful setting next to the pool. We had to leave early the next day, and they went out of their way to accommodate us earlier for breakfast.

The breakfast was superb. There was plenty of choice hot or cold. Just ask if you can’t see something you fancy and the staff are more than willing to oblige- don’t moan if you didn’t ask!! The location was great for us - central and easy 10 minute walk to town. Secure easy parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved that you could make tea/coffee. Free water available 24/7. Also provide swimming pool towels. Pool area great to rest/relax around especially after long haul flight. Made our stay to Windhoek a pleasant and memorable stay.

This is a lovely little guesthouse with stylish, comfortable rooms with excellent showers. The rooms are arranged around a swimming pool and small garden creating a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly.

There was a huge lamp on a tripod in our room (#5) which was unnecessary and bulky. The location isn't great - across from car body and tire shops. So you can't walk to shops or restaurants from the hotel. However the hotel staff are happy to make restaurant reservations and organize taxis.

The breakfast was tasty, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very helpful, the bathroom was clean with a nice big shower, the pool was right outside our room, and the drive to Joe’s Beer House (which we highly recommend for the atmosphere and food) was not too far.

The guests outside were noisy and the walls are “thin”; and the fan did not have a fast setting and there was no aircon, so it was very hot in the room. This made it hard to sleep.

Very helpful staff. I arrived very late at night due to my car breaking down in the desert. The night manager made me a lovely toasted sandwich. He could not have been more helpful. He even checked my transport for the next morning for me after I had crawled off to bed. I would happily study 5 there again.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I needed to see a doctor to get some antibiotics for a swollen eye. One of the staff took me to the doctor and stayed with me while I was seen and then walked back with me to the hotel. The hotel is centrally located. Good breakfast, comfortable bed etc.

Very nice and friendly staff. They ordered dinner for us as we arrived late. Also we had an expired paper in our rental car which was needed for our trip - they organized everything and helped us to get the updated paper so we could start our trip as planned the next day. Nice breakfast and very clean rooms. Parking lot is also suitable for SUVs

Beautiful guesthouse with bedrooms around a pool / terrace area and 2 rooms upstairs. Very friendly and helpful staff, Sara and Likius took good care of any query I had. Good breakfast with lots of choices and possibility to order eggs / fresh juices as well. Dinner can also be arranged / ordered. The Netflix / smart tv was awesome and wifi worked perfectly. 100% recommend staying at this guesthouse!
