A lovely place with small stupa view, but enough to be inspiring. Very polite and welcoming staff. Close to main attraction, Boudha Stupa, and nearby Shenchen monastary which has a coffee shop inside and nearby a Sowa Rigpa Wellness Center good for healing massages. Nepali thali dinner is quite tasty, breakfast looked standard and clean, but didn't have time to try. Overall, a decent place I would love to go back to.

Wi-fi coverage weak which I didn't need very much, so ok. Elevator by chance under repair. Hot water could be hotter.

This was my fourth hotel in Kathmandu and it is definitely the best. Yes, it is in the mid price range, but if you want to live near the stupa it is perfect. Quiet, clean, with very polite staff and great food, 5 minutes to the stupa, good internet, cute design, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. I came for meditation practice and would definitely choose this place again - quiet and comfortable!

The only disadvantage was a little bit poor breakfast. In total for 2 weeks I had breakfast in the hotel only on the first morning immediately upon arrival in Kathmandu. But it's not a big problem, there are plenty of cafes around. And also the hotel menu has a nice selection of lunch and dinner dishes. I didn't notice any other disadvantages.

The hotel is in a very quiet area and just a short walk down a laneway to Boudha Stupa. All staff were friendly and courteous, and the customer service was excellent. The meals were very good, and there is a peaceful outdoor patio with views over the beautifully maintained garden. My room was large and kept very clean by housekeeping staff, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including AC, hot showers and wifi. I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Kathmandu.

It was bit noisy on early morning during our first night stay. One morning we had to order breakfast. The portions were very small for people returned from a track in mountains.

Excellent hotel. Peaceful environment, exceptional staff, great AC, clean rooms. All wonderful & highly recommended.

The shower curtain was full of mildew and the commode seat was unattached. It's a shame their beautiful rooms are reduced by these items. The restaurant didn't offer enough veg options, we rarely ate at restaurant bc of this.

The location as well as the ambiance of the hotel was perfect for me and my family. Because it is located in a safe walking distance from the Boudha Stupa a UNESCO World Heritage Site and this was what we were looking for, and the minimalist approach of the hotel with clean rooms and restaurant with friendly staff provided a perfect ambiance.

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like in the seven nights that I stayed at Harmika.

The location is near Boudha, the room is clean and the environment is quiet.

There is no lift in the property if you are assigned to a higher floor you will have a bit of climbing to do.
