We arrived to the hotel relative late so we had to drop the bags and rush to dinner. The waiting for the staff was long, the offer o the menu for people who do not eat meat or see food was very limited.Than we went up to the room to call and ask that the bedsheets will be come and change as well as a quick round around the room for old spider webs. The staff in the reception was very kind and accomedating whinch was great.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic restaurant, small but lovely spa and surrounded by nature….what more could we ask for. Well for us, the staff made our stay memorable. The service that we received was exceptional and probably the best we’ve received in the Netherlands. Everyone was kind and went the extra mile to ensure we have a wonderful stay, from the team at the front desk to Bert and Ashley at the restaurant. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Historic site, beautiful building and garden. Most of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

Lack of air conditioning in a room facing a busy road with a balcony where other neighbor guests use to smoke. (Not pleasant to open the doors) Pool is too tiny for the size of the hotel. We went once and it was packed. Not enough room to sit around the pool.

Very good location for walk accross forests or bycicle trips.

The very general meal for the breakfast are eggs. Eggs must be soft (when scrambled) and always fresh made. We found very poor quality of scrambled eggs with structure and taste like they were cooked from powder. After we requested omelets we received exactly the same material served just in different shape (not omelet) which took almost 15 minutes. This was frustrating counting the breakfast price and cuisine quality reputation. 10 bottles of spirits moved from the bar to the breakfast restaurant are useless in the morning. Just improve the basis - eggs. We also had a dinner which was tasty. The personnel was excellent. It is very fine place for forrests loving people.

Everything We had moved here from a noisy hotel All was calm. Friendly staff helped with car charging Wonderful people throughout, the reception , the waitress , all exceptional . Very good choice of interesting wine.

I do not understand why the hotel had to ask for my kreditcard fo "Garanti" when we already had prepayed tho hotel in advance.

Very nice hotel, surrounded with lot of trees. Close to street, but still quite place. Very friendly and polite staff. Nice rooms, comfortable, clean, big, with balcony. Enough space for parking. You can rent also bikes there. Really good breakfast. Nice bar which is opened till late night and you can get there really good wines.

If you come on weekend, check really in advance if they have free place in restaurant for dinner. Otherwise it's quite a big problem to find restaurant in city which is opened bit longer (most of them close kitchens at 8 pm or 9 pm)

Solid design and luxuriously appointed room. The gourmet dinner at their restaurant was excellent - staff very amenable to our child's request for a shorter-coursed meal with mixing of the menu items. Lovely walk right opposite the hotel just before our long car journey home.

Excellent restaurant and a fantastic location.

Reception desk staff was a bit uninspired and the bar wasn’t opened when we arrived. A few more loungers at the pool wouldn’t hurt either.

Room very comfortable and well equipped. We had quiet room as requested, and check in was extremely efficient with amicable front desk staff. Parking excellent, and was the availability of bikes for a reasonable price (essential for a great Veluwe experience)

Spa area could have been a bit better appointed with a better/cleaner outside relax area.
