100/10. Just a wonderful ethos. How wonderful to have a fully wheelchair accessible and thoughtfully caring hotel. Top points- ethos and welcome to a family with a profoundly disabled son. Superbly friendly staff. Delicious food with food allergies well caters for. Comfortable rooms with spacious wetroom bathrooms.

More disabled parking immediately by the door would be a benefit. Some breakfast items ran out quickly and weren’t replaced (eg croissants). We couldn’t use the pool as it had a technical problem. But this in no way detracted from our stay.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. Very tranquil setting. Staff very helpful. We had an enormous room with a large comfortable double bed with a single bed also in the room. The room was large enough to feel you could dance in it. The bathroom was a wet room with disabled toilet, basin and shower. Stylish decor, good WiFi,TV ,desk and plenty of wardrobe space and bedside tables and comfy chairs. Delicious breakfast although limited hot breakfast options. Good coffee . There is a swimming pool and a good gym. We hadn’t asked for a disabled person’s room, I am unsure if it was because my husband was walking with a stick. The parking is a walk from the hotel but they do allow unloading directly outside the hotel. The walk is through a woodland path which I found very relaxing, especially seeing the deer that live within the grounds. The hotel is very geared up to accommodating disabled people, in fact they have an academy in the building within the grounds where they train disabled people to enter the hospitality industry. The staff are very helpful and eager to assist anyone needing help.

There was a balcony which connected up with the room next door.

Location, all though the menu is very limited, the food was delicious. Rooms are very spacious.

We had a couple of issues with the devices in the room, the coffee machine had to be exchanged and then worked but didn't heat the water. The TV remote was for the wrong tv and for the entire stay we didn't have any remote access as their wasn't a replacement, it was a rainy weekend so this would have been nice. But I would still recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located near a castle with a beautiful green setting. The hotel itself has large rooms (equipped for disabled people), swimming pool, restaurant ( order in advance). It is also a training institute for young adults with Down's Syndrome, which is a great opportunity for them to learn in real circumstances and be ready for work.

There is a short walk from the car park to the hotel (as stated on the website), which is over a gravel path. This is a bit of a problem with a trolley.

Large clean room, nice bed. Pleasant hotel in countryside surroundings. Very good breakfast, nice bar, both in comfortable area's. The staff was (as stated by the hotel itself) "at some distance from the labour market", but as far as I am concerned, the boys are girls are doing an excellent job !

Room not very soundproof, of course it depends on you neighbor whether this is a problem or not. In my case I had a loud snorer and puffer in the next room, who decided that the bed needed to be at a different location in the room and noisily moved the furniture over the floor (and back in the early morning)

We had to leave very early so the prepared breakfast we could take with us was much appreciated. The rooms were very large and comfortable. We also had to check in late and appreciated that the hotel accommodated check in until 11pm - this was difficult to find at other places along our route.

It was a small thing but we missed having simple coffee facilities in the room.

Food, location, staff (including the students working at the academy). Lovely surroundings.

The twin beds had wooden sides, so don’t expect to be able to cuddle anyone, even if the beds are next to each other. Not very comfortable. Parking is a few moments walk away, but umbrellas are provided in the car park

Location in the woodland was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening meal in the restaurant was great and the service very attentive and professional. The room was spacious and clean, decor possibly a little dated. We rented bikes which was easy and a reasonable price.

The location, the staff, the whole ethos of the place. The bar/restaurant staff went above and beyond when we arrived too late to eat. They organised pizza delivery and let us have a drink (or two) at the bar even though it should have been closed. They were brilliant👏 The bathroom was pretty psychedelic and the bedroom very dark with black walls and some interesting wallpaper but all perfectly comfortable and well equipped for our needs on a motorcycling holiday.

We arrived a bit late, dinner was finished. Long day on the road. No food.......our mistake😒 so not really the hotel's error.

This was a great location! Nice view and very clean hotel. Handicap friendly! The staff is amazing and very helpful.

The pool is almost never open for guest. Only 3-4 hours on special schedule. To hours in the morning, one and a half hour in the afternoon and once more in the evening. Its not a problem, it should just have been clear when you book.
