The Hotel is in a good location, easily accessed, there are 2 large carparks, lounge seating and bar on the ground floor. Our room 321 was large, beds comfortable. It's a large hotel so plenty of walking. The restaurant was very good.

Long wait at check in, took a while, a feint odour in the bathroom, shower took 10 minutes to fully empty, suggest cleaners take a look. One actual complaint, we had dinner in the restaurant and the payment was taken off my friends credit card without authorisation, no signature, illegal in some places. A card is used to ensure the Hotel gets their money IF a customer leaves or forgets, in this case funds were taken from a cash card leaving no funds left. A ripped net curtain, looks scruffy. This was the final hotel for a 9 day trip through Holland, Germany, sadly not the best with Ibis scoring higher, with greater attention to detail. No point in complaining for 1 night.

The room was spotlessly clean and roomy, and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. The Apeldoorn ring road passes the hotel, but you don't notice it, as the windows kill the traffic noise very effectively and there is a big hedge around the perimeter so you don't see the traffic either. The location is absolutely perfect for a visit to Het Loo Palace, the entrance to which is about 500m away. The service in the restaurant was very friendly, both for dinner and breakfast, and the food was good and sensibly priced.

The hotel can't be missed, with its distinctive building and flags, but the car park entrance could be better signposted - it's hidden by the big hedge, but the car park itself is fine.

V.good location opposite to the loo castle and 15/20mins walk into town

Our first room which was meant to be a superior room which was right next door to the lifts, it had a big tear in the net curtain and generally looked tired, we asked to be moved which was no problem at all, all the staff were amazing. We were placed in a lovely room and had a lovely stay, I would also add the breakfast was nice but at 18.00 euros a head very expensive.

Comfortable large rooms, lovely ambience, warm in the middle of winter. Very easy access to bus stop/ into town and train. Perfect to walk across to the Palace and for access to the Palace cafe .

Breakfast had one option, which was a buffet and it was very expensive, so we only had it one day of the week. As a small eater this felt very limiting . The shower was good, but drained poorly. The cleaning staff forgot things like towels and toilet paper and the quality of the cleaning could be inconsistent from very good to less than average.

I greatly enjoyed my stay here, but the best part has to be the location. There are many attractions nearby and it's easy to get to from the Apeldoorn train station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was excellent as well. I also stayed at a Bastion Hotel in Amsterdam during this trip and it was nowhere near as good as the one at Het Loo!

Nice welcome. Smooth check-in process. Clean comfortable room. Constant attention of the cleaning department personnel. Nice quiet place. Perfect central location. Room is well equipped. Everything working as expected.

The fridge can be a little bit bigger.

Breakfast very good buffet evening meals in restaurant very good also but could be smaller portions I consider myself a big eater but not that big.

Overall not much but disappointed on our last day 14th when returning to our room after a day out 2 bath only 1 hand towel. Rubbish bins not emptied, sink area not cleaned plus I don't think the room was vacuumed the whole 10 days.

The facilities were great for the price that I paid, and the room was more spacious than most hotel rooms I've come across in the Netherlands. Most importantly, the staff was kind and welcoming. I would definitely come back again!

The only thing that wasn't ideal was the room seemed a bit cold for me. I set the room temperature to higher, but I can't say I felt an increase in warmth. Might've been because the windows weren't that well isolated.

Room was very quiet and lot of space available, bed was excellent and bathroom very clean and spacious as well. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a hotel were the rooms are spacious and quiet, the personnel is very nice and polite.

Breakfast was not included, but there didn't seem to be an option to order this on the day. When we came downstairs, it was deserted, and there were individual trays put out on a few tables with basic breakfasts stuff. Odd. There is nothing in the way of cafes, restaurants, coffeebars near this hotel either.
