The hotel in general is as expected. The room is spacious enough for 3 adult plus 1 baby. The staff are friendly and supportive. There is also a kid's corner which is a blessing for us. My tiny complaints are the electric charger for the EV car is not all usable, and the restaurant staff seems quite new and they can't assist us as much when we asked some questions.

As mentioned earlier, not all the electric charging spots are usable. We have to drive down the road to find a place to charge our car.

Location and breakfast. Most of the staff was nice.

Many things in the room might be changed - because it’s old ( furniture, bath ). The bath was yellow colour and looking like already long time. One night it was a fire in the hotel. The staff gave us water and that’s it. It was bad smell next days. They continue breakfast till 12 but we know this already on the way in the morning. On Sunday and at lunch time the restaurant is not working. And nobody inform about this when you check in. They don’t let to come delivery guy in the room if u wanna pay cash - what’s not good of course. The house keeping work is 50/50.

It's almost quite place, good for families with children, lot's of indoor facilities, good German breakfast, bathtub and shower are included, plenty of free parking spaces.

Strangely there aren't any trash bins visible in hallway and lobby or even in the outdoor sitting garden , more luggage trolleys should be available for guests, one elevator to serve more than 50 rooms. In my reservation, a balcony is included, but our room didn't, I made this reservation since March , then and on arrival I was informed that there are no triple occupancy rooms with balcony... this room was also upgraded to air-conditioning 🙁

The bedroom was spacious and barge bed. We also had a jacuzzi bath which we didn’t book but must have been upgraded. The restaurant food was delicious although a bit pricey. There is a truck stop restaurant joined on to the hotel which has equally delicious food but for a more reasonable price. Well worth a visit

The reception check in was rather slow

Very pleasant stay in this hotel and it was our second visit so will be going back again. The facilities are excellent and there was everything I needed for a break from travelling across Europe.

We were misinformed about something but the staff made every effort to correct it. Everyone spoke good English which was a bonus that we have not always found in other countries.

It was a pleasant stay on the long journey. The room was nice, clean and cozy, personnel was friendly and helpful. Basically everything was perfect, but I appreciated the location the most (close to the motorway) that is why I have chosen this stay.

We arrived early, but our room was ready. We had a simple lunchtime snack/beer - vey welcome. Spacious room - well appointed. Unusually it had a bath. Our evening meal was really nice. It had a safe feel for our two motorcycles parked at the front of the hotel.

Perfect location, nice and clean room, sauna and swimming pool to relax after journey, good variety of breakfast buffet. It was the best choice ever as booked many other places before.😁

Location was excellent and room was nice.

There were mini mattresses on top of the proper mattress. The mini ones kept sliding off and the proper mattresses were brown and were not covered with a sheet and you could see all the dust on them right near your head.
