Our hosts made us feel very welcome, making themselves available as we needed anything but without getting in the way at all. Breakfast each morning was laid out freshly and absolutely delicious. It was great to be able to meet the lovely dogs in the garden as well. Beds were super comfy, and being on the edge of a small town the views of the night sky were amazing.

Very little to complain about really, everything was very good indeed. If really looking for points, the bathroom was a little small, but this really wasn't an issue, it had everything we needed and more.

The apartment is located outside of Baarle-Nassau, a short walk (15-20 minutes) is all you need to reach the town center. The place is run by very nice and hospitable owner. The building is located by the forest, so it is a peaceful and quiet place to stay in. Within the apartment you have all you might need when away from home. The rooms are located on the ground floor, no need to worry about carrying your luggage up the stairs. The breakfast is prepared by the owner, it is very tasty and you might negotiate when it is to be ready.

There are two bathrooms available (one for each bedroom) - unfortunately they're not very comfortable, rather small, so when you take shower the water is all over the floor, on the toilet, just everywhere.

Perfect place. Hospitable and responsive hosts. We stayed for 1 night. I liked everything - delicious breakfast, clean and fragrant bed, spacious apartments. We had at our disposal 2 rooms (each with its own bath and toilet) and a common kitchen and living room area. You can come with your pet, everything is there for this. Large car parking. Thanks to the owners for the excellent service and hospitality.

Everything was great, no cons

A wonderful, atmospheric place surrounded by nature. Goats, sheep, Wonderful dogs, goats and sheeps and lots and lots of space are the surroundings of this beautiful property. An ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet. A very good and plentiful breakfast is served. Within a 15-minute walk there are lively restaurants and pubs.

The location was perfect and very spacious! Breakfast was totally adjusted to our needs. We really loved our stay with our dogs 🐾

Nothing is all was perfect!

We loved the place and the owners were super nice. Breakfast was delicious and the property is very nice., well decorated, nice taste.

It felt a little cold inside, maybe because of the type of the floor on the property (stone), or maybe we should have adjusted the thermostat and we didn't. It could have been our fault.

It is a quiet location and the apartment is big with 2 rooms, kitchen and living room. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was really good and it was served in the room.

Quiet location and lovely owners with a warm, authentic welcome. The rooms each have a small bathroom and shower plus you get a nice living room and kitchen to relax at night with friends. Breakfast is wonderful, with eggs from the chickens outside.

Nothing really. Maybe for people that don't read the very clear info, Kelpiebrink is also a dog kennel/training center, so if you don't like dogs, or in general, don't like nature (sheep in the meadows), this wouldn't be for you. For me, that was an added bonus :-)

Breakfast service was excellent: a wide range and healthy choice of various products. Always on time. The owners are very kind and pet friendly: they own 13 dogs themselves. Some, but never hindering, barking

The queenside bed was reasonably comfortable but there would be room for improvement: blankets, pillows and mattresses.

Extremely welcoming and friendly hosts. Very comfortable, especially the beds. Beautiful and delicious breakfast. We were lucky enough to meet three of the Kelpie dogs! Would definitely stay here again!
