the rooms were spacious. Lovely breakfast buffet and for the children. Staff very friendly.

We paid nearly 300 euros a night for 2 x nights for a family suite. The room smelt like their had been a dog staying in it. A fridge in the room could have been useful to store water/milk for the children. When we asked staff where the childrens playground was (says on your site page that there is a childrens playground in the grounds of the hotel) we were told by a staff member that there wasn't an outdoor childrens play area, just an indoor play area. We found the tennis courts but nothing for young children.

Spacious layout of luxury hotel in secluded area. Terrific breakfast, priced accordingly. Wonderful terrace, splendid lounges, weloming cafe.

Lighting in the room: two dim bulbs hidden in wicker enclosures, no reading light by bed, no light focused on the desk. May be romantic, but blocks other pursuits.Tourist focused choice of TV channels: no CNN, no BBC world, no NSNBC, but local BBC One and Two for UK clients, and lots of German, French and Italian programs...

Great location, forest walks immediately available at the back of the hotel. Dog friendly and beautiful grounds

Service at the bar is slow. Seems there is not enough staff to service everyone. It was hard to get served a drink or food. Menu's and drink orders were forgotten and not received on different occasions

Location, facility, design, personnel, quite and peace

It states conditioning-in reality little table fan in the room, no.mosquito net on windows, despite location in forest, so plenty of them inside. Cannot open windows, tv is inside of cabinet, so no chance to watch tv from.the bed as cabinet doors prevent this. Only by sitting in chair....and no mini fridge which makes it not friendly.

For a cycling holiday, a very good location on the edge of village and forest. Comfortable room with attractive outside space. Good breakfast. Lots of cycle paths in easy each. Good pool and sauna. Good bar. Very helpful bar and reception staff.

Restaurant staff a bit abrupt. Restaurant service slow but that is not unusual in the Netherlands.

It is the second or third time that I stay in this hotel with my dog. Every time I am very glad with the kindness of Reception, cleaning ladies etcetera. The bonus is the swimming pool. The beds are super comfy. The service is top, and the price I payed, inexpensive for all what you get. The surrounding nature is beautifull. This is my favourite hotel where I go with myself and the dog.

One little thing, in the shower there is no tray where you can put your shampoo, toothubrush etceter on. You have to put it on the floor.

The property is nice, apartment was specious. It was very nice that kids have their own tiny buffet during breakfast. Dinner menu could be more interesting but in general the place is very nice. It is very good location for those who go to the primate park in Apeldoorn.

Surrounded by nature, it makes a great getaway for all types of people/groups. Good breakfast selection, also a nice children breakfast area. Very kind staff at breakfast restaurant. Relaxed at pool and sauna in evening stays open late.

Last single room was also the noisiest (room 115), so take good very good earplugs. There were no towels at the pool and the telephone there to call the reception didn't work well. Part of the floor at the pool bad a smelly feet smell.

Staff is really helpful as I had made an error while booking my stay. They listenend and tried to help me out. Despite that they initially could not help me I did feel that they did their best.

Room was very small and "old fashion". Despite this it was very clean which made me feel comfortable. Beds were good

Save bike shed available. Good food quality. Cosy rooms. Friendly staff, they even suggested to make us a lunch packet when we asked if there were any nearby shops that were open on Sunday (it was a good lunch packet). Good smelling shampoo and shower gells.

Temperature of shower was occasionally a bit unstable, (but not really an issue).
