Breakfast was fabulous. The room was great as well........and so was the staff at the front desk. Also the location is absolutely A1.

We were at the hotel for 8 days and after 5 days had to ask to have the bed linen changed. Since I am perspiring a fair bit, we prefer to have clean and fresh bed linen every 4 or 5 days or so. A staff member promised to have it done the following day.................however, that following day the bed linen still had not been changed, so we had to ask again a second time. That was thankfully followed up with prompt action.

The location in the nature, the surrounding, the attention for the plants and atmosphere, the diverse breakfast, the size of the rooms, apart shower and bathroom with toilet, the indoor swimming pool, the possibility of having a 3rd bed in the room. Ritual’s shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch.

The lack of the air conditioning during the summer days can be uncomfortable. We slept with the windows open and that invited some mosquitoes in the room. There are no little fridges in the rooms and when traveling with small kids is annoying not to have a place to keep cool their favorite treats, little food/ fruits and drinks. Our little cooling bags and elements were refrigerated by the bar though. The cords of the showers are way too short even for a less tall person.

Great location in beautiful wooded area. Fantastic reception staff particularly Larissa who was friendly, fast and very professional. Rooms were clean and well kept with shower and bath.

The dinner was delicious but two small points affected my review. The dinner on the first day took two hours from start to finish due to delays in serving out and several mistakes which had to corrected. Prices of soft drinks are not included in the arrangement (bed, dinner and breakfast).

The location of the hotel is amazing, close to Utrecht and Amersfoort. Breakfast was very good, and we always had a lot to choose from. Personnel was always helpful. The restaurant has very delicious dinners.

Nothing that really impacted our stay, but a bit of refresh of the interior would be good. We had to change our room because one of the windows couldn't close. But we were directly offered another room in the same range, so really nothing to complain :)

I surprised my best friend with this hotel for her 30th bday (she wanted to be in nature on her bday). I asked the hotel to do something nice with the room to surprise her and they decorated it with balloons, flags and chocolates. We eat vegan so they even ordered vegan chocolates in order to do this, so amazing! The location is amazing and the hotel has a very nice outside place. Lots of cosy corners to sit and talk with a nice wine or some good food. Even though dogs are allowed in the hotel, I couldn’t tell because it was super clean everywhere. I will definitely return!

Location is great, away from big cities. You actually can relax here.

Some facilities were a bit outdated, such as the pool and gym. From the amount that you’re paying a night, you would expect a bit more from the facilities. But you can still use them, so that’s fine. Some staff were also a bit rude. I wanted to book a massage but they were full. Of course this can happen, but in my experience, other hotel’s staff could still offer to put you on waitlist and call you in the event of a cancellation. Instead, the staff just said “we’re full”. And when I asked if there’s a waitlist, without checking “sure, we’ll call you when someone cancels”. But then she doesn’t even have my room number. She also never even asked which days I wanted a massage, I was staying there for 4 days.

The location with pretty views of the woods was lovely. Great if you fancy a hike or bike ride or just want the peace of nature around you. And you're close to a few nice local towns. Staff are very warm and pleasant.

The dinner choices were very limited and the food, although decent, won't win any prizes. The gym and wellness really need improvement, they are hardly worth a visit.

Beautiful surroundings, good for walking, next to beelden tuin which was a pleasant surprise. Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable bed, nice restaurant. Friendly and professional staff. Wellness center (fitness, swimming pool and sauna) also clean and well maintained. Breakfast excellent lots of choice and plenty. Good coffee.
