This is a very nice little hotel near the Wadden sea and Ijsslmeer. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room large, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Although located right at the main street, the location was very quiet.

Only a minor gripe: Even though I told the team at the hotel, that I will be arriving a bit earlier than the usual check-in time, no one was at the location when I arrived. The same was true for other travellers, who arrived even earlier than I did. Luckily, the weather was good, so waiting outside was not a problem.

Very quaint little hotel, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, all very clean and cozy. Bedroom had a huge American fan. Very much appreciated! Free parking in front of the hotel (public parking), local high street and restaurants within a stone throw. Exceptional breakfast given the small space of the building. WIFI was really powerful and fast :-) To sum it all up: Ideal spot for loving couples without kids and business travellers, cool location for bicycle tours around Wieringen, to Den Helder or nice beaches around.

Location is good. However, see the cons. Great staff, very kind. Clean and well maintained. Very "home-like" breakfast room. Will repeat.

There was a mobile amusement park just in front playing loud music until late night. It is very annoying if you are coming from a road trip and want to keep on early the day after. I will repeat, but I will ask beforehand if the amusement park is there.

No one available when we arrived at agreed time of 4pm, we waited outside and then another couple turned up, after 30 minutes managed to find a number and ring them. When we checked in the lady finished our paperwork and asked us to wait until she went upstairs and hoovered our room!

The hostess was very friendly, seemed legitimitely interested in her guests and was a real delight. The hotel had a very cozy ambiance and the breakfast was prepared well and included many options. There was a main area which was very inviting and we actually spend quite some time there being able to play some games without having to lock ourselves in our room. Our room was roomier than expected and the bathroom was really nice; plenty of room to move around, nicely scented shower gels/shampoo and storage for your toiletries.

We stayed in a room downstairs and encountered a few noisy moments, mostly from another guest in the room above us. After trying to make contact through the given cell phone number we sadly couldn't get connected to anyone and had to go upstairs to confront the noisy guest ourselves. The sounds of setting the kitchen (during the early night around 23:00) were also very audible, but weren't too disrupting.

The staff was friendly. The went beyond what I expected. Helped me with a little laundry. Breakfast was good.

Cute hotel on the market square in walking distance of the beach. I really enjoyed being able to work in the communal area where you can help yourself to tea and coffee. Room was clean and modern with good facilities like a mini fridge.

Breakfast isn't available early in the morning No staff available when checking in despite being there before 6, same the next day. However, I did get a phone call about this so that was appreciated. Very narrow beds

It was very quaint and unique, clean, and friendly. Also, small but ver adequate for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and breakfast amazing!

The place is lovely, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. The room was small, but this was also indicated during the booking, for the rest it was comfy and clean. Good shower! Rituals products - which i love. Restaurant was open for breakfast and the choice for buffet was great, freshly baked croissants i could appreciate especially. Definitely a recommended place to stay.
