Staff were friendly and helpful and laughed at my joking. Room was larger than I expected, but that was fine.

Hot and cold directions of the taps seemed to be reversed. Inconvenient when you're waiting for the shower to warm up. Toilet seat in the men's bathroom next to the desk should be replaced.

Everything was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bikes in a secure indoor area. The hotel is a bit quirky as you have to walk through a bowling alley to reach the rooms. It has a slightly dated feel, but is well maintained and feels cared for.

It's a bit far out of town so quite along way to walk to a restaurant. However the hotel restaurant was fine.

I really liked the location and the environment. The courtyard is quite crazy, but very nice. They say that sometimes events are held there. The room was spacious with a balcony. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The staff is very komd and helped us a lot.

Everything is pretty well defined in the previous comments! The hotel really needs renovation. Then this lovely place would become a fancy hotel

Overall OK but missing hot water kettle/coffee machine/other amenities like dental kit, bath-robe, shower-cap etc.

Outside the room maintenance is low (looks like dumping area for extra items)

The room was a good size with a balcony and it was clean. The onsite bar was good in the evening as the town is not too close. Good bike parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room

It was a very pleasant stay and we were taken well care of. We only needed it for a nights stay as we were driving through Den Helder. For that it was really good.
