The staff was exceptionally friendly - from the front desk all the way to the breakfast room!! The room (Deluxe Double) had nice decor and a really comfortable bed. The location is nice. The 1km walk to the sandy beach is balanced out by the tranquility of the town. And the smoke-free-policy was a big win! The indoor-pool-area might not have a 'wellness-atmosphere', but was clean and perfekt for a morning swim before breakfast.

It could have been a little bit cleaner. The room had definitely been cleaned... but one of the reasons we knew was, because there were streaks from the cloth, that had been used to dust, on the mirrors and lamps. There was a coffee stain in the entry of the room, the curtains at the entry to the balcony were stained from the door and the balcony could have been freed from leaves... But in general we still felt comfortable!

The first and very good welcome were the two ladies at the reception desk. To talk to them was fun poor. Our room was very nice and really clean and kept clean by the cleaning lady. Everything fine and in order. We enjoyed twice the MEAT Club with delicious drinks and fantastic food. We also loved our female waiter with whom we laughed a lot. Unfortunately second evening she lost her voice, we do hope she will be fine in a short time again. Checking in and out via internet is a fine thing, it saves time, you don't need to wait for others to pay. Thank you for all, it was a wonderful time in your hotel, unfortunately too short.

Location, swimmingpool, people

Bikes can be better (a bit old now), food in the restaurant below was not good, we wanted to have dinner in the top restaurant for the next day, but they said that they had a private dinner. On that night we went to that top level for the evening view and we didn't see any private dinner, it was closed. We were disappointed by that. Overall it still was a wonderful stay.

The hotel is close to the sea. Friendly staff.

Depends on the needs, location may not be ideal. To reach the centre by foot will take a long time. Basically not to much arround in 5-10 minutes walk. Hence compared with the price, not sure if the value matches.

Room was a very nice room, it was just unfortunate that I was only there for 1 nights sleep, I didn't check in until 7pm and i was up early the next morning as my taxi was booked for 5:40am. otherwise I would of liked to of stayed longer.

I wasn't there long enough to comment on any thing bad to be honest, if I did have to pick something, maybe the mini bar could of been stocked as im sure when I have stayed previously, it was

The staff was very friendly 😀 The Meat Club Bistro at the hotel was very nice, the chef prepared very delicious food, and a special plate every day was delicious , I stayed 3 weeks there, and I ate at the restaurant every day, I feel good with their hospitality 🙂

Very nice location, great and helpful staff, nice restaurant (we only have been to Meat Bistro, and they do have vegetarian options!). Great that we could rented bikes. Beds very comfortable! Pool and saunas were a nice addition.

Breakfast could have more warm options.

Location next door to the sea

We travelled with bigger suitcases as we were making a stop on a longer trip. Due to the location of our rooms far away from reception we had to carry the luggage on 3 stair cases due to the construction of hotel on a dune. Also the door had a malfunctioning lock which caused a very irritating alarm every tine after opening/closing.

Liked it all, staff very friendly...didn't spend much time in bed but big enough for a small family! The breakfast was simple but enough for all tastes

Modern, clean room with great views. Fabulous fine dining experience in the Restaurant C'est La Vie with fabulous food and friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast experience was awful. No-one there to ask us our room number and welcome us. None of the guests knew what to, if they could just sit anywhere. 2 young staff who talked to no-one and just cleared tables. No-one checked the food/drinks. Some of us had to tell them what was finished orange juice, smoothies, bacon, pancakes...all finished. Really poor service and considering the quality of food in restaurant, breakfast was opposite end of the scale.
