We’ve rented one room for three and one room for two. The room for three is located at the attic, quite comfortable, though not recommended if you have problem going up and down the stairs. The room was two is behind a toilet. Apart from being a bit small, things feel new and clean. The host offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. The breakfast came with bread, fresh food, boiled eggs, cold cuts, butter, cheese and jam. We found Den Oever itself quite a charming little town. We had a fantastic dinner at Basalt, a seafood restaurant.

Nice location, excellent hospitality from the dedicated owners that leave you all the space and are there and responsive on anything you need. Great value for money!
The choice for accommodation is always a personal choice and for me, for the past couple a months and up to more then a year ahead I need such accommodations in this area ... Among the many choices around this area I have kept booking this accommodation for the simple fact that there is nothing that I didn't like for in fact I truly believe this option has the greatest value for money to offer. For that matter I keep repeating to book this accommodation.

The place was a quaint B&B in the heart of an even more quaint village at the very edge of North Holland. The staff was so friendly and the room absolutely adorable. The provided breakfast the next morning was excellent. The staff even went above and beyond to provide a breakfast that accommodated my food allergies. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay to see more of the Dutch countryside.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Breakfast had a very good variety and was just a perfect start to the day! The lady - owner was super friendly and welcomed us to the property to accommodate us and provided us with some local information and invited us for a cuppa. The restaurant (feels like your private living & dining room) also features hot & cold soft drinks, incl beer & wine at a charge, which was convenient. The two-bedroom apartment was very well appointed with full kitchen facilities and with a pleasant outdoor sitting space.

Quiet location. Easy to park. Choice for breakfast. Close to harbour. Quirky decorations but gave a certain ambience. Clean. Friendly staff.
Very steep, narrow twisting staircase which made carrying up a small suitcase very difficult. Sloping ceiling meant you had to be careful not to hit your head when in bed. Breakfast was at a set time, 8:30am. This meant everyone was trying to help themselves to breakfast at the same time. Would have liked the guide book left in the bedroom to be in English too.

Tina was extremely nice and hospitable, making our stay very enjoyable. This place captivates with its atmosphere - it is beautifully decorated, with many charming details that give it a unique character. We felt very good there and will definitely come back in the future. This is a place worth visiting!

It's a very special B'n'B - the owners have made this a very welcoming and attractive place. Steep stairs, as everywhere in Holland, and a lofty attic room. Very cosy. Clean and tidy. Located handily near the harbour where there are a few bars and restaurants. Good breakfast. Secure bike storage to rear in a lock-up garage.

Comfy cosy house with everything that you need. Host was very friendly, gave good recommendations and the breakfast was great.
Strong smell of some type of room perfume, and the fridge is a bit noisy when it runs. Beds were separated.

Easy to find location for us on a cycle tour. A lovely modern renovation with all the mod cons you could expect. The breakfast/bar/lounge area was super, great for sitting in to chat in the evening. Tea and coffee available all day. An honesty bar with beers and wine also available. A lovely welcome from our hosts. A locked garage available for our bikes. Fish and chips down on the quayside, only 5 minutes walk, has to be tried.
The room was small, though we did know that in advance from the website, but there was very little hanging space or hooks for our clothes and not much space to put luggage in. We had wet jackets etc and it was a struggle to get things hung up to dry. The room was lovely but some drying space is needed for visitors arriving with wet kit.
