The staff at the reception desk first is simply …outstandingly friendly ! 🤗 This was a welcome ! 🙏🏻 A real one as we would like to get each time in a hotel ! All facilities are perfect, including a safe place for bikes, place is quiet at night , just next to the beach , with a nice restaurant. Almost perfect …but the price …

Room rate is a bit to high for a single person … Cooking quality not that good excepted the breakfast ! Hotel has been successfully renovated , it’s visible everywhere but…not in the carpets everywhere in the floors …pity !

The first room we got was not completely suitable due to our circumstances but Carmen from the reception was super kind to help us a lot and arrange another room. Thanks to her we had a fantastic and comfortable stay and we are really grateful to her. In general the hotel has a fantastic location and a really good breakfast and it's worth staying here.

The first room we got had a shower that is not suitable for people in our circumstances. However Carmen from the reception solved this really well for us by getting us a room which was suitable and where we could stay very comfortable,

The room was nice without being luxurious, the bed was really comfortable. As for the breakfast, it is just wonderful. You would come here just to have a breakfast really. Regarding location just a minute away from the beach, just perfect!

As it is authorised to smoke on balconies, hosts do smoke and it very easily smells cigarette in the room when you open the the door to balcony, a potty, especially when it is nice weather.

Great location for access to the dune paths, the beach and seaside cafés/bars. Very good food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Nice to have a quality coffee machine in the room as well. Overall, really enjoyed the stay here.

The room smelt a bit 'woody' when you first walked in due to the design - using quite a lot of wood panels - although this wasn't noticeable after a while. Would prefer the bathroom to be one room, rather than the separate toilet/shower and wash basin room arrangement.

Location: right at the beach but convenient to drive around the area. Nice rooms, balcony a good bonus if good weather.

During the breakfast rush hour, try to be more efficient in managing peak demand, please. Otherwise, the breakfast was good and the ambiance of the restaurant was calm, providing a positive start to the day.

Location perfect , staff speaks all poss languages , great breakfast .

I was surprised that we were charged for the parking . It was not mentioned in the booking. The price is already quite high and then on top you pay the parking 10 euros per day plus city tax. At the end total is higher than expected

This hotel with its facilities including half board, was a great base for a few days birding in Zeeland and not too far from the Tesla Supercharger in Middelburg. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was great.

Close to the beach, parking on site Excellent breakfast. The restaurant at the hotel also offers a great dinner Very friendly personnel

Could be cleaner Good for short stay since the rooms are quite small

Breakfast included REAL orange juice. That was the best part for me. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Its refreshing and it makes the difference in your stay.

The smell of the carpet in the hallway in 1st floor

The establishment is very well located and very nicely decorated. We had a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the soundproofing is not very good and we had to put up with both noise from upstairs and from the corridor.
