The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are play rooms for the children and plenty of seating area who wishes to read or relax.. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of time available to eat and relax. We managed to eat/have a table at the restaurant one evening. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. I really appreciated having a fan, too, on hot days. Swimming pool accessible too - great for hot days because the water was ice cold! Excellent Ebikes available for hire with insurance for a very reasonable price.

After 9am it becomes very quiet. Plenty of tables were available in the restaurant but they couldn't accommodate us. It would be lovely to have music in the background too and more use being made with the empty areas. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Extremly spacious rooms, super comfortable beds (a bit too soft for me tho), many amenities in the room (but no fridges), great bathrooms with two mirrors and sinks etc (but missing some other shelves we could use). Hotel easy to find, great location, system in place for late check-ins (do let them know about your late arrival - it's your responsibility regardless of where you stay). Breakfast very fresh but not many options, however more than basic ones met, so happy with it. Lunch/dinner variety of options, good food overall, slow service for all F&B outlets and girls were not communicative, not even basic needs, but I guess it's down the the people and culture as well. If however you needed something they were ready to help and very nice and professional. Super happy with the stay, I would choose the brand again, thank you all!

Comfy, specious hotel having all what we needed.

We were a family of 7 attending a family wedding, and had booked 3 rooms. The hotel is in a very peaceful green location. We found the hotel very spacious and quiet. There was a good selection at breakfast, which included fresh bread, croissants, pancakes. Spacious bathroom and great shower.

It would have been helpful to have some bottled water in our rooms (especially since there was a note not to drink the tap water). The teabags provided in the rooms was minimal, and only small disposable cups available. Unfortunately the wardrobe area of the bedroom was very dark. Overall, we would still highly recommend the hotel.

The actual hotel was great-location was great- easy to get around and plenty to see- a perfect biking spot and handy bus stop. Breakfast was amazing -plenty to eat and plenty to choose from. The pool was also very welcome as it was very hot while we were there- nice area to relax in..

Our room was quite small- I guess that was what we booked! Minimal extras- e.g. paper cups-minimal toiletries- no fridge-but the positives definitely made it worthwhile!

We were on a Cycling holiday and arrived wet and chilled and stayed on the evening of Thursday 26th September 2024. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and also offered to store our bikes in a locked area at the back of the Hotel. The room was a good size and the Bathroom looked like it had recently been updated. We choose to eat dinner at the Hotel, the food was good and the restaurant busy - always a good sign. Excellent choice at the hot and cold buffet the following morning and it was also one of the few Hotels on our two week trip that had tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

Buffet Breakfast is included and way more than a simple continental breakfast. Hot Bacon, tomatoes and scrambled egg also provided. Truly excellent selection of food. All self service. No problem with that. Standard room is a really good size. Decent tv, tea and coffee. Beds are comfortable. The price is really reasonable compared to the surrounding area.

Room was really warm in September. I imagine it's quite hot in summer, although there was a large fan in the room. Light or fan (or both) above the shower was not working. Reported twice. Did not get fixed during our stay. Result was a somewhat stinky bathroom! Restaurant on site is expensive, although good portion sizes. Waitress service. Staff are fine and efficient but not exactly friendly.

Stayed a few days with a group due to attending a sports competition, most of the staff were superb, always smiling and attending to our needs, but there were a couple who looked like they didn't want to be there, facilities were great, location was ideal for us as there were kids in our group so not too busy and bus stop right outside for going sightseeing, would definitely recommend Edit Rooms would be better with Aircon

The front desk employees were very nice and welcoming. There is free parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. We ate dinner and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of choices like coffee, juices, breads, pancakes, eggs, and fruits. The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. They even have a beautiful play area for kids which our daughter loved.

Great rain shower and giant sink in bathroom ,fantastic room service with quality food, lovely steak complements to the chef weather was not supper sunny but if it had been the the access on ground from the room including private seating and table and further on out to the pool in middle of the yard

the two single beds could have an arrangement so they don't drift apart as single bloke i may have just been being greedy spread across both
