The room was really nice, the bathroom even better. The staff has been kind and helpful all the time (a special thanks to Felicia, the young girl from the reception) Smart TV with full streaming services The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of food and beverages

Even if it was really good, the breakfast was expensive. The hotel was 20 minutes from Rotterdam by car, not really comfortable

The room was clean and the bed was cosy. There was a heat control system in the room which allowed us to maintain the temperature for our own comfort. There was a pool table downstairs which was free to use for additional entertainment.

Location: If you're coming by car it's great as it has a gated car park, but it's quite far from the train station with no obvious buses taking us from and to the station (there might have been some, but it wasn't obvious when looking online).

What could be a lot better I would like instructions on how to work coffee machine and the tea coffee and milk could do with a lot more not enough for two people and the chance to buy the. cute little cups in my room I like to get a souvenir of my stay but not this time

The location was great for my pending ferry home to the UK. The reception and bar area was clean, and staff were bilingual. The staff were professional and knowledgeable.

Nothing in relation to the hotel. However, the location has limited options on foot.

- Free parking on site with gates - Check in was quick and easy (could have been more welcoming but ok) - Electric car chargers for a few spots available (can be paid by standard EV charging chip or card)

- Wifi in room absolutely unusable. Hard to connect at all and constant loss of connection and slow. Would not come if this is necessary. - Coffee machine was leaking

Clean room and good clean sheets. Nice walkin shower with shampoo and towels. Medium breakfast but good coffee Would stay there again.

The coffee machine did not work but could get coffee downstairs and a hot water boiler right away. Coffee maker will be replaced but I was there for one night, no big problem

Nice hotel with good access, rooms are clean with air conditioning, beds are comfortable, excellent breakfast, free parking. Ideal for a short stay.

When the hotel is full, there are not enough parking spaces.

The hotel is awesome!! Clean, next to the highway and cozy. We came in the morning before the check in time and they gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room free of charge so we can enter earlier.

Free pool table kept the young people entertained, rooms were clean and tidy

Hair dryers were dated and intermittent, glass doors on the bathroom not ideal

I like the hotel and the beds were comfy

The only bus that can transport us close working all weekend so that made getting to the hotel difficult.
