This is a wonderful, quiet location in the Dutch countryside. It is ideal for couples or families with children on a self-driving holiday. There are also bikes and a canoe available to rent (we didn't use these during our stay). It was very restful and comfortable. We enjoyed very much looking out over the fields (with cows peacefully grazing) in the mornings. The farm animals also contributed to the feeling of "unplugging" from our busy lives and we enjoyed visiting with them.

Next time, I would be more specific about when I would like to use the kitchen since it is shared with the owners. I felt uncomfortable just walking into the kitchen to wash our dishes whenever I needed to (although the host assured me this was absolutely fine). We are accustomed to being entirely self-contained so sharing the kitchen would take some adjustment. The host was absolutely lovely and welcoming though - the hesitation was entirely on our side. We were made to feel very welcome.

One of our favorite stays in the Netherlands. We were overwhelmed the minute we turned into their property. The buildings are old and gorgeous and very well kept. The farm animals were darling and a lamb followed me around and loved when I picked him up! We used their bikes each day and road along the canals and to a windmill. The air b and b is half the house, sharing the kitchen. We felt we had ample privacy. Beds were comfy, home was beautifully decorated with antiques and the proprietors were incredible- helpful beyond measure and very warm. No question we will be back!

My kids loved the feel of a little farm feeling. Cozy feeling. We played board games. Bonding time at the breakfast table. The little bunnies are so tame. My kids loved to experience the open en green fields of the Dutch land.

One of the best stays in my life! Absolutely wonderful hosts, great breakfast, very beautiful and inspiring house and a farm. I would especially recommend to stay there with kids. Our kids (13 and 1,5 years old) were happy to be at the farm and felt welcomed there. And our dog as well. Everything was great! We also used bikes to visit Gouda and a boat to make a short trip along the channel.

What an extremely cute B&B, everything was just perfect and especially for children heaven on earth with all the farm animals and the young dog. The landlady was so nice, warm welcome, the breakfast was extraordinary, all fresh eggs and cheese and meat and juice and whatever you could imagine. There is a rowing boat, a stationary boat to sit and make a picnic, beautiful landscape, very very quiet. All in all the perfect hideout for young lovers, couples in general and of course family with children... We will definitely come again. Thank you for your great hospitality. simply no complaints whatsoever

We are returning to this wonderful little spot. We were curious if it would continue to live up to the memories in our minds...it exceeded them and made us giggle with happiness to return to such a relaxing place with thoughtful kind owners...and the BREAKFAST- wow!! Always wow!
