Hotel is located in the city center. It is easy to walk around and just minutes from the train (very convenient mode of transport). There're many places around you can walk to, sit, enjoy the life and people passing by. Shops/supermarkets available in a short distance. Check out the library in the old post office building when you're in town. The team is very friendly and helpful - thank you! My room was located on the 4th floor. The stairs are steep, but fear not! There's a very convenient lift :) I loved the view from my window - over the roofs. I woke up and opened the window and room was bathed in the sun. I liked the room decorations a lot. The bed was big and comfortable. There's a coffee machine, kettle and plenty of tea/coffee bags. The bathroom had a huge shower - it was great! I liked the provided soaps/shampoo and nice towels. The hotel - which is clearly stated - is cooperating with nearby vegetarian restaurant which I can recommend.

For a those of you who sleep lightly - there're ear plugs as there're bells / music from nearby church throughout the day. And for those traveling with the car - check out the parking situation.

I stayed at Mother Goose for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be more perfect, right in the lively city center, with bars, bistros, restaurants, the cathedral, and shops just around the corner. The room décor was beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed and a charming “goose” motif carried throughout. The staff was outstanding: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful.

There wasn’t really a dedicated desk area, and I had to carry a heavy suitcase up a few stairs. But overall, these were very minor inconveniences and didn’t take away from the great stay.

Staff are very welcoming and happy to help with any queries. Someone is always available. As soon as you walk in the hotel, it smells fantastic. My room was gorgeous and spacious with an amazing view of the Dom Tower. I slept soundly, thanks to the big comfortable bed and the ear plugs provided (location is very central and I faced the square, so there was a little noise). The room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay in Utrecht. My room was very clean and the shower was great. Also, a lovely personal note in my room when I arrived. I had a perfect stay at Mother Goose. I would recommend and definitely go back.

The rooms were well equipped and the staff were really amazing, very kind and communicative, always helpful with evert query we had and displayed a great, positive attitude in every interation. The location is also amazing, being right in the centre of town. The interior design of the rooms was also very cute and to our liking.

Shower flooded a little bit each time we used it, it didn't overflow, but it did make us anxious about it overflowing, especially as our room was in the second floor. Parking was a bit confusing but we did manage to work it out in the end. Would have been good to get a reminder when leaving that we need to ask the staff at the other hotel to open the carpark gates in order to get out. Wasn't a major issue, but just something to be aware of.

- Great location right in the centre, everything within walking distance, beautiful old city around - The hotel is located in the old building, but they managed to make it very comfortable - It was warm in the room - We had a room with an amazing view of the Utrecht tower - Very comfortable bed and pillows, we slept great - We didn't want cleaning services after 1 night, so they put a bag on our door with tea, coffee and a towel

- Airco was making a noise, it didn't matter to us, we just turned it off. But if it's warm you can't sleep with the Airco on. - The price for the parking is a bit higher than it says here (€35) - The price for an extra hour (later check out) is €20, but someone (personal) tried to get in the room around 9 a.m. I couldn't fall asleep after it, which made me pretty mad. But I think it's a personal situation.

Lovely styled large attic room with a hanging egg chair, very comfortable Queen bed and en suite bathroom with a bath & shower. Great view of Dom tower, which was also lit up at night. Enjoyed the complimentary Lush bath bomb and pod coffee machine in the room.

Central location but was over a bar with a couple of other bars close by. Extremely noisy on Fri & Sat nights. Room air con was also quite loud. A mini fridge would have useful for cold water & drinks, rather than the large one in reception four flights downstairs.

Beautiful hotel in the center of a drop-dead gorgeous city center—there was nothing I didn't like. The staff were super friendly, naturally. The room was massive, well-appointed, spotless, and comfortable. I slept well. It was all so affordable, too. I couldn't believe the value.

Tbh the only thing I didn't like is that they were booked the next day, so I couldn't extend. Also the staircase is something out of a Tim Burton movie: windy, steep, and utterly terrifying. Fortunately the elevator is right next to it.

I would say the property is very amazing clean and tidy. I love the decoration. The vibes. The best point is the location. If you like to walk just walk from Utrecht central station for 12 minutes. But if you like to take a bus from the Uttech central station just need 1 stop and walk for 2 minutes. Very easy to access. Very close to the supermarket. Also if you looking to have a nice dinner and drink just walk 3 minutes from the hotel you will see many restaurants with a nice view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely, I will be back for spring.

I am sorry but the aircon does not really work. Just okay but can not feel cold. Stuff tries to help. In the room don’t have a fridge. But stuff allows me to Keep little stuff I'm fridge in the lobby.

The location is perfect, the hotel is well managed, the team is helpfull and pleasant, the rooms are very clean and everything is new and comfortable. This is a good hotel, no question about it!

The rooms that face the square are noisy at night because there are a few bars right beneath the window. When the window is close, the noise is acceptable unless your sleep is very light. The rooms that face the other street are quiet. The elevator was out of order for 24 hours. That can heppend and they fixed it, but we found out that the stairs are very tight... The room is not large... The toilet and bathroom are very small so privacy in the room is affected by it. All off the diadvantagaes are NOT sagnificant. The hotel is GOOD.

Nice spacious room (suite) with really nice decor and styling, comfortable and clean. Fabulous large bath plus shower and great views. Plenty of clean towels as well as slippers and bath robes. Very clean with a good selection of teas and a coffee making machine. Staff were all lovely. Location fabulous. We didn’t have the breakfast so unable to comment on that.

Nothing that we didn’t like but just an observation. The description of the room advised there was cable and satellite tv but there were just a few channels available.
