Soundproofing leaves to be desired. We could hear nearby doors closing a bit too loud. Bathroom OK but could use an update. We could also hear the sounds of using the bathroom in neighboring rooms. The price of the room was double that of the day prior, which of course can happen, but it affected our value-for-money rating. There was also some mix-up with breakfast which was neither prepaid nor recorded, even though we had asked for it. It also turned out more expensive as a result.

Cleanliness was great. The size of the room was good, the food in the restaurant was very good. The sauna and pool were very relaxing and empty the time we went. The entrance of the hotel was lovely and very chic.

Not many vegan options to eat, and everything was expensive compared to other hotels we’ve been. The gym was okay, no dumbbells and the treadmill was not working.

The hotel was much more beyond than a place to sleep. It offers a lot, from very kind staff, through great breakfast to bike rental. We had a lot of fun and we regret staying there only for the weekend. We also appreciated nice touch that was an included mini bar. If you don’t come by car, don’t worry - the bus stol is very close to the hotel.

Room might have been a little bit cleaner but it wasn’t bad - just some details like dirt on coffee station in the room and some random hair in the bathroom.

We loved everything! The staff at the hotel are so lovely and the rooms were perfect. Comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped. We wish we could stay every night while on tour! Excellent breakfast (15€ if booked the night before) and open air parking that felt safe and plenty big enough. Good location when on the road with a band. We look forward to returning :)

Everything was great!

A lovely, clean room with a comfortable bed and lovely common areas - reception, games room and spa. Hotel hired us bikes and it was 20 minute cycle into central Utrecht but also a good bus service from front of hotel. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice

Value for money, easy parking, nice room

After 10:30, there is no food service, no shop and no stores within about a 5-10 km radius. We were told the kitchen was closed. Even the gas stations and the McDonald’s (except drive through) in the area were closed on a Friday night. They need to have a small shop stocking a few snacks etc.

The hotel and their staff were amazing, as always, this was our third stay here and we plan on making this our go-to hotel for every elfia we go to in haarzuilen. My partner asked me to be his wife at this edition so this hotel will keep that special memory to us forever

The only thing I didn't like is the shape of the toilet seat, it cut my bloodflow off a bit when I got sick, apart from that, everything is perfect.

A modern hotel with great common areas and not far from Utrecht (with public transport only 20 minutes by bus). A good value for money, considering that parking was also included. Huge and rich breakfast for 15 eur if you book the night before. Would gladly stay again.

The staff were all really lovely and helpful. An absolute credit to the organisation. The room was great. The food was yummy!

The Wi-Fi wasn't working. There was no message from the hotel about this. I spoke to the Hotel A.I. It did make things quite tricky for me. I would expect functioning Wi-Fi as an essential.
