This is a great place to take a train to Utrecht or Amsterdam as it's right by the park and ride station. The rooms are great, clean, bright and well appointed (we had a comfort room). The food in the bar was good, decent portions and a fair price. The pool is ok for a hotel pool and the sauna area was quiet.

There is an automatic light as you enter the bathroom which wakes up the whole family if you use it during the night. Service in the bar was slow (there was some kind of party on but it didn't seem busy enough to make that an issue). The steam room was out of order and the room information said you needed to call to reserve a time in the pool or wellness area which reception didn't mention. The wellness is up steep stairs from the pool. These are little niggles though, we had a good stay.

I forgot something and i called it direct to say that i forgot something and they were helpful is true but in the end they said they didn’t found nothing and is not true..🥲🥲whose cleaning for sure they can direct see it because it was in the washing room…i hope they are more honest and give backs the rhings that the people staying with them because its valuable..yes is my fault but sometimes we forgot something is normal☺️☺️so if you stay here don’t forget because it will not return to you anymore 😪😪😪sad to say…honesty is the best policy i hope they will apply this☺️☺️

Great location right between Amsterdam and Utrecht right by a train stop. Easy to get to and free parking outside with lots of free spaces. The rooms were well equipped, clean and spacious and had a shared balcony. The room was also very quiet despite being so close to the highway. As soon as you close the window / balcony door you don't hear anything from outside. The hotel bar and breakfast was excellent at well.

The walk-in shower looks cool, but we would still have prefered to have a door or curtain to be able to close around you.

great bed, comfortable pillows and nice to find the coffeemaker including sufficient coffeecups in the closet... although the room was on the end of the hallway next to the stairs I experienced no noise from bypassers.

I was booked for a 3 bed room, which made the beautiful room a bit cluttered and took away the unique setting with windows on 2 sides of the room... When you are traveling with a child that is OK, Nice feature: there was also a door to the adjacent room so if you are travelling as a family this will give yu the option to connect both rooms.

An impressive hotel, just off the motorway. The gym, spa, pool and restaurant were great. Large and secure parking. Very impressive gardens around the building.

The check-in process was very slow and taking a large deposit from us felt rather unnecessary / patronising, for an expensive hotel. When we left the room in the moring the corridor was being redecorated, with mess and busy tradesmen everywhere. This added to a general feeling of function prioritised over relationship with the guest.

I went there expecting a run-of-the-mill chain hotel but was greeted by a high-end hotel that was far more luxurious than I has anticipated! The restaurant is large and beautifully decorated, and the wait staff couldn't have been friendlier and more attentive. Likewise, the breakfast buffet was huge with tons of choice. The room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. Also, I really liked that the hotel is eco-conscious in terms of its toiletry & housekeeping choices. All round a great stay!

It's a very nice and staff friendly hotel. The room was very spacious and had all the necessities. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. Hotel location is just 5 minutes from the train stations and bus stop.

The light switch next to the bed seemed to be broken. I'm sure it can happen and easily fixed. Didn't really bothered me but I am mentioned in to let the hotel know (room 154, light switch on the right side of the bed).

Very nice hotel within 20-30 minutes from Amsterdam by car or train. The train station is very close totge hotel but we never heard a noise from trains passing by (and we were travelling with a small child, so noise could have been an issue). Breakfast was very good with many options of high quality. The room verh very large . The hotel is new so everything is shiny and clean. Highly recommend, especially for families visiting Amsterdam.

Room was very nice and the wellness centre and small pool were just what we had hoped for.

When we arrived, there were some staff busy behind the computer. Though it is fine to finish whatever task one is busy with, it would've been nice if they had acknowledged our presence and asked us to wait for a moment. However, we were completely ignored until another staff member came in from the back after 5 minutes.

Location is a bit far from the main attractions Our room was located very far from the center of the hotel We got 2 connected rooms, The main room had no bathroom door Unfortunately this bathroom was not in use during the entire stay Garbage bags left by the door were not picked up by the cleaning staff and coffee cups were not washed or replaced
