Great location for exploring the Netherlands, so close to both the railway station and the motorway. Utrecht, Amsterdam, Gouda and Rotterdam are all within easy reach by direct train. The hotel is better priced than many city centre hotels and has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was pricey but was worth it to fill up on a variety of tasty food ready for a days’ exploring!! The restaurant food was also good and reasonably priced for evening meals. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and approachable, and gave us great advice.

My main issue was the fact that the bed was two single beds joined together. This was not a massive problem for me on my own, but may be annoying for couples etc.

Great location! close to the metro and in a quiet area. The room was spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable.

The room itself was really nice, our only complaint was the bathroom was WAY too open. The shower had no door or glass, just an opening to walk in right off the area with the sink, and there was just a bunch of slatted wood (not a wall) separating the sink area from the main portion of the room. Very weird to shower or get ready on a trip with your dad. We had to leave the room in order for the other person to get ready in the mornings

Facility in general very nice. Very Quiet even the hotel is close to the rail track and only 7 minute walking to the train station that has many connections to nearby major cities. Air conditioning is good and specially the hotel staff is friendly, patient and professional.

The room at the building corner which I stayed for the first night is too hot due to large glass windows with intensive sun radiation and the AC did not work properly. The large TV at the bed end is not right at all. This may be just this one specific room, the others are very good. The best thing had happened to us that hotel staff offered us another room and this one is very good more than I expected.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is ample free parking. Amazing swimming pool included in the price of the room. A huge amount of breakfast offerings. The whole place felt very grand and well maintained.

The staff don’t respond to booking.com messages. I asked for an iron and ironing board and was not given one and no message reply. The key cards stop working 10 minutes to 11am meaning it was difficult for us to re enter the room to get the rest of our luggage to load in the car. Shower area of bathroom tiles could do with a good scrub to remove limescale. Because our children don’t eat much at breakfast and then complain an hour later that they are hungry, we took a bag to put a bunch of bananas in and some fruit and pastries so the kids can eat little later but was told by staff it’s strange and not really allowed.

This is a great place to take a train to Utrecht or Amsterdam as it's right by the park and ride station. The rooms are great, clean, bright and well appointed (we had a comfort room). The food in the bar was good, decent portions and a fair price. The pool is ok for a hotel pool and the sauna area was quiet.

There is an automatic light as you enter the bathroom which wakes up the whole family if you use it during the night. Service in the bar was slow (there was some kind of party on but it didn't seem busy enough to make that an issue). The steam room was out of order and the room information said you needed to call to reserve a time in the pool or wellness area which reception didn't mention. The wellness is up steep stairs from the pool. These are little niggles though, we had a good stay.

Is convenient with everything…

I forgot something and i called it direct to say that i forgot something and they were helpful is true but in the end they said they didn’t found nothing and is not true..🥲🥲whose cleaning for sure they can direct see it because it was in the washing room…i hope they are more honest and give backs the rhings that the people staying with them because its valuable..yes is my fault but sometimes we forgot something is normal☺️☺️so if you stay here don’t forget because it will not return to you anymore 😪😪😪sad to say…honesty is the best policy i hope they will apply this☺️☺️

amazing breakfast!! the best ever had, the restaurant for the evening is also great. The rooms are super conformable and the suite was great! the interior of the hotel is carefully furnished and looks very stylish. The swimming pool was also really nice

the only issue is that we didn't get the suite that we booked. I think booking made a mistake. But we still got a rally nice suite with all the same amenities.

This hotel was superb. The pool was lovely, the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. My son even cooked himself a pizza in the onsite shop in the evening. Really easy to get into Amsterdam and very close to the train station and motorway. Lots of parking.

I couldn't find decaf tea bags at breakfast, but that was the only negative we could think of!

Great location right between Amsterdam and Utrecht right by a train stop. Easy to get to and free parking outside with lots of free spaces. The rooms were well equipped, clean and spacious and had a shared balcony. The room was also very quiet despite being so close to the highway. As soon as you close the window / balcony door you don't hear anything from outside. The hotel bar and breakfast was excellent at well.

The walk-in shower looks cool, but we would still have prefered to have a door or curtain to be able to close around you.

great bed, comfortable pillows and nice to find the coffeemaker including sufficient coffeecups in the closet... although the room was on the end of the hallway next to the stairs I experienced no noise from bypassers.

I was booked for a 3 bed room, which made the beautiful room a bit cluttered and took away the unique setting with windows on 2 sides of the room... When you are traveling with a child that is OK, Nice feature: there was also a door to the adjacent room so if you are travelling as a family this will give yu the option to connect both rooms.
