We had a great stay at Cityden Stadshart! There were six of us, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated having multiple bathrooms and toilets, which made it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The soundproofing was excellent—even though we might have talked a bit louder at times, no one ever complained, and we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. The staff was also very helpful; we accidentally left a hair straightener and a coat behind, and they immediately informed us and offered solutions for getting them back.

However, there were a few small downsides. We didn’t receive the complimentary welcome kit that was supposed to include dishwasher tablets, and when we asked at the reception, we were given only one. We also had to ask for extra toilet paper. The lighting in the bathrooms and rooms was not ideal for doing makeup. Additionally, there were no separate shampoo and conditioner, just a single all-in-one body wash.

The location was perfect to go in amsterdam center by tram, the 40 min go by very fast. The hotel restaurant lucia was very good and not overpriced. The staff were very understanding and let us do an early check in since we had a baby. We had a problem with our shower and the staff handle it so well and fast, they understood how to make us feel important. The kitchen is fully equipped to eat at home. They even provide you with a care package of dish soap, new sponge, coffee, etc so you are good to go.

The dryer was not very effective, so we still had to hang them to dry.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. We even get to use the sauna for ourselves during our stay (just need to ask the reception and they will reserve it for you!). The location is slightly away from Amsterdaam Central, which we prefer a quieter and calm neighbourhood, however it can be reached easily by tram and has a big supermarket nearby (inside a mall).

The lights inside the room is a bit dark and it'd be better if we can open the window even just slightly for air circulation (I guess it's for safety reason). The towels provided weren't clean but the staff provided new ones upon request.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic — everything was neat, clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wifi was excellent. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, with only a 15-minute ride to the city center. There were plenty of dining options nearby, especially for Chinese and Indian cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel. Amsterdam’s public transport system is also excellent. One ticket covers trams, trains, and buses, with frequent services making it super convenient. I highly recommend using public transport instead of taxis or Uber, as they can be very expensive — a short 15-minute ride from the airport to the hotel can cost around £40.

very clean and comfortable apartments, there is everything you need in the kitchen, all the equipment works perfectly. high-quality plumbing. Usually I hate double blankets, because 2 people have to lie like a corpse all night, otherwise someone is left without a blanket. here they are huge, we were very comfortable. also these are modern "heavy blankets" under which it is comfortable to sleep. The location of the hotel is gorgeous! very quiet cozy place. A 2-minute walk from the final stop of the tram that takes you to the city center, you can always sit comfortably. Enough parking spaces, we booked underground parking, but something went wrong and we were offered ground parking, much cheaper in price. There is a shopping center nearby, you can buy groceries and everything you need, if necessary. We were very comfortable. The hotel and staff provide information, maps, links to applications for transport, etc. When we left, the reception gave us famous Dutch waffles for the road. We will come again with great pleasure. P.S. if you are coffee lovers like us, then there is a coffee maker with the smallest capsules and 4 capsules in the room. If you need more, take it with you.

there is no such thing

The room was on the third floor but truly felt like a penthouse suite. It was absolutely gorgeous in the room. Conveniently, there is a restaurant downstairs, which was also very lovely. One of the best features is the convenience. It is a little off the beaten path when it comes to proximity to the City Center. HOWEVER, the tram was right down the street which was so convenient and made for easy transportation. We also made our way --accidentally at first-- to the mall/shopping center about 8 8-minute walk from our hotel. It was a great shopping center and super close. All in all, great experience. If you are concerned about the distance from the City Center, do not be. It was a nice escape from the chaos of the center, but also still close enough to things.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with extremely friendly staff. The room size was much bigger than expected (more than 3x the size of a 4-star hotel closer to the city). The onsite restaurant food was good. The unit I booked had it's own kitchen complete with oven, microwave and full size dishwasher. I was in Holland for a trade show and getting there by public transport was both cheap and quick. Well worth the money. I've stayed in the city on my last trip but this is 100 times better at less than 1/2 the price. Hard to beat.

The breakfast menu was limited. That's about all - nothing else comes to mind.

I stayed for only single night in a studio. Everything was very clean. Bed is large and comfortable. Very efficient place to stay. Breakfast is also good and there are two restaurants in the neighbourhood ( Lucia and one Chinese). The room is a lit a bit dark. But this is not a issue. To get the hotel from Schipbol airport you should take a train to Zuid station. Then, take the tram to the last stop Amstelveen Stardshart. Or directly the bus 300 to stop at Amstelveen Oranjebaan. around 30 min. Then if you wanna go to the City Center is the same in opposite directions ( around 30 minutes). It’s a very quiet place. I really enjoy. Very efficient staff.

I like everything

We recently stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in Cityden Stadshart, and it was the perfect choice for our trip. Located just outside Amsterdam, this accommodation offered an ideal mix of convenience and tranquility. With excellent public transport options, we could easily reach the city center in under 20 minutes, yet we enjoyed a peaceful retreat when we returned to Stadshart. The apartment itself was fantastic—spacious, modern, and incredibly clean. Both bedrooms were generously sized with comfortable beds and ample storage. The living area was cozy yet stylish, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the dining area was perfect for sharing those moments together. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality amenities. The location couldn't have been better. Stadshart is a vibrant area with plenty to offer. The nearby shopping center had everything we needed, from luxury boutiques to grocery stores. We also enjoyed dining at the diverse restaurants and cafes just steps away. For some downtime, the nearby parks provided a peaceful escape. What truly made this stay exceptional was the attention to detail, the 24hrs gym and the friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this 2-bedroom apartment is a perfect base for exploring Amsterdam and its surroundings. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The location was next to bus and tram stops to go to Amsterdam downtown. The flat was large, modern, silent. There were a large bathroom with two sinks, a tub and a shower, a smaller one with a shower and a sink and a third one with a toilet and a small sink. The reception was available 24 hrs a day and available on line too. A gym and a laundry were also available.

I would suggest to set up a hook in the kitchen to hang a teatowel. I would have liked some cleanser for the bathroom and the kitchen. The vacuum cleaner wasn't very effective. I would have added a small piece of furniture at least in one of the bathrooms.
