Cleanliness, friendly staff, good prices and very good amenities like the fitness room.

Very dificult access specially when you are on foot. Train stations are far and buses are no option - uber or car is a must

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet is well-supplied and delicious. It was refreshing to see vegan options and dairy-free options available.

The rate of the room was expensive The noise from the polo field next door was clearly audible throughout the evening The water pressure in the shower was very weak The hotel is remotely located, there are no shops, restaurants or public transport available in the immediate vicinity. I was surprised that they asked for a 100Euro deposit per room. The deposit did not make its way back to my account upon check out and I had to wait a couple of days to get back my money. The deposit was not mentioned previously.

Rooms are well maintained, clean and neat. Very well maintained Kitchen cabinet to meet the routine requirement. Calm atmosphere surrounded by water body flowing all around. Located in a very calm locality.

Location of the hotel is bit remote, away from the tram station as compared to its peers (cityden, IBIS located very close to tram station). Would appreciate if Hotel can arrange hourly/ periodic shuttle to nearest tram station. Hotels normally provide European plug adaptors to tourists on returnable basis. Not sure why its not being provided by Radisson as well. They are suggesting to buy !!

The room is not soundproof, slamming doors in the hall Had to ask more times for cleaning. Was staying 5 Nights and had not enough stuff also. They should provide more coffee, milk, Sugar, dishwas tablets, water if you stay longer. But when i asked i got them. Also good cleaning. Parking is very expensive, the free place is often full but they let me charge the electric car.

The Radisson was very comfortable and clean. Comfortable beds and beautiful crisp linen. Very impressed with room cleaning. We didn’t expect the room to be cleaned every day however it was a delight to come back to the room straightened and our bed beautifully made, HUGE thank you to the staff!

We were spoilt with previous accomodation being a 5 minute walk to our daughter’s home. Unfortunately I didn’t factor in the canals around the property, and it was too far to walk so required Ubers. Not a major issue but something to consider depending on why you are visiting. I understand the public transport was not too far away, however we chose an Uber as there was a bit of rain during our stay. Thank you Radisson.

Big room with a small kitchen included. The disabled bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV system took a second to get the hang of, but provided a nice selection of choices. Good towels. Hot water.

Breakfast was unfortunately terrible. Not being meat eaters, my spouse and I ordered a la carte instead of opting for the buffet, which seemed very confusing to the staff despite there being a menu on every table. We asked for scrambled eggs on toast. We were served a pile of bacon, three sausages each, two pieces of dry, toasted bread, a pile of very cold, crumbly scrambled eggs, and some undressed salad. No butter, jam, honey or other flavor providing accompaniments. We ordered two drip coffees, we received two espressos. And then there was the mystery juice that claimed to be orange, but was unidentifiable as any fruit known to man. I have literally never complained about breakfast at a hotel before this.

Beds are super comfortable and so as the pillows... the room was very clean always and the staff are very attentive. Btw make sure you register with the Radisson Group prior booking so you can avail for early check in at no extra cost. I came in earlier and they had room for me as I was a registered user

The rooms aren't that sound proof so you may hear your neighbors. Also its a bit of a walk from the metro (+15 mins), so can be cumbersome when its raining. 250e deposit is a bit steep...

The staff were so helpful and friendly the hotel had a lovely vibe it was stylish but also super clean. The breakfasts were excellent. The bar food was good. The kiosk in the lobby useful. We hired bikes for the duration of our stay and cycled everywhere. When we had a puncture we were immediately given an alternative bike. The studio was spacious clean and well equipped the bed was superking and comfortable and the air conditioning silent but effective. We would definitely stay again.

We could have done with bigger coffee mugs but otherwise happy with everything!

The room didn't have basic kitchen facilities. While the earlier stay in same hotel had kitchen facilities, the present stay was bit disappointed with no kitchen facilities. Hotel is bit far away from the nearest tram station (Kronenburg is 20 minutes walk). Hotel can consider to offer shuttle to drop/ pickup from nearest tram station

Raddison lives to the chain expectation, the hotel is modern and clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is good, the rooms are big and so is the bed and showers, prices is good for Amsterdam

Communication and response from reception was lacking, had a problem with casting to the smart TV, took them 3 days and a reminder to send someone, adding my stay to Raddison members club hasn’t been completed even after i checked out and still an issue, communication is lacking, no follow up on open issues, which leaves the guests at the dark and frustrated
