The hotel staff is amazing. The rooms were very clean, the kitchen is open all night. Albeit small rooms, this hotel is very affordable for the quality and just a 5-minute walk to the train station. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel while we stayed and both were excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.

You have to be very comfortable with your partner/roommate to stay at this hotel if you're sharing a room. The toilet and shower are literally in the room with your bed, and the doors around the toilet aren't exactly sound proof! There was no mini-fridge, and that would have been helpful. I also felt like there could have been more hooks or bars to hang things.

The hotel was nice and clean and about 20 minutes away from central Amsterdam. The stay there was all good, except 1 little mishap or lack of attention to! The hotel do not respond back to emails and notes for special occasions or events. We was there on a fun trip for my husband's birthday and I made about 4 attempts to contact the hotel , to do a room set up for my husband, even if this cost extra, for an extra touch for his birthday celebrations. To my surprise, when I got there, the room was not done up at all. I asked the night staff that same night for a room fixture for the next morning as, we will be out of the hotel at 9am, I was assured it would be done, came back still nothing. I made 1 more attempted on the Saturday morning ( day before we was leaving) told a lovely women on the morning shift at the bar with short punky hair! I really wish I remembered her name! I told her I'll be out all day till 5pm, so she said she'll set it up for when we get back then and the lovely staff members delivered! Thank you to that staff member, because out of all my attempts to make a small special gesture, you was the only person in that whole hotel that listened. I stayed from Thursday 26th March 25- Sunday 30th March 25.. She was working the Saturday morning shift on the bar, with another gentleman! She deserves the recognition. Good customer care and went above and beyond.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing!!!! Jamon greeted us with water cause I think he saw me coming with the most tired face haha. Not only that but Jamon worked with my husband to create something special for my birthday. It was exactly what I needed and I got super emotional. Especially since the restaurant we went to that night failed to remember the request my husband made and paid for for my birthday surprise. So coming back that night to a lovely gesture made me teary eyed. I forgot the other womans name who helped Jamon but if you ask him, please tell her we appreciate the lovely card! I was blown away by how lovely and kind everyone was.

Our first room was quite warm as the AC wasn't working but they switched us to another room across the hall so it was easy to move our stuff and the temperature in there was much better!

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful whenever they’re needed. The tech-based rooms are also innovative and the room decor and set-up are fun and refreshing from normal hotels. Breakfast had some nice selections, but could include some veggies as well. The lounge area is also comfortable and easy to access. The bed is incredibly comfortable and large! And the window view is amazing.

The rooms had very few storage spaces including drawers and wardrobes, and it lacks enough surface space to put things when it’s occupied by more than 1 person. It is quite stuffy, and would be nice to have more than 1 chair if 2 people booked the stay, but I can also understand why that would be difficult due to room size. The room lacks normal setups such as coffee and tea bags and a kettle, but this is compensated by the bar downstairs.

Comfiest bed I've ever had in a hotel. The room was small but feels spacious due to the clever use of space. My room was facing the street but I didn't hear a sound. Great localization, nearby a metro and tram stations, and on a quieter side of the city which was very welcomed. The staff is very friendly and helpful at any time of the day. The breakfast is also really good! I recommend eating their breakfast at least once during your stay. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay there again in the future.

Bluetooth connectivity to see favourite program on TV by connecting it to private pc or tablet. Stable WiFi. Nice lobby area. Nice and helpful staff. Very close to the train station. Nice park just outside the hotel. Quiet.

The toilet in the middle of the room, which make it inconvenient for 2 people to stay in the same room. The same issue with the shower which just one meter from the bed. The hotel based on digital system. Check in, out, TV, curtains and the shower all are digital installed. For people who are not use to this kind of services, will be hard for them to enjoy the services.

Good self check-in service, excellent location close to the Amsterdam South train station. The room was modern, clean and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. A very good option for a stay in Amsterdam. The hotel location is very convenient to go to the Schipol airport since it's one station apart from Amsterdam South.

The room was small and the toilet was in the middle of the room, which takes away some of your privacy. Also, as the hotel is not located in the Amsterdam city center, be ready to use public transport to reach the main touristic atractions. Altough the mentioned points, I would definitely come back.

Had a complete range of buffet breakfast. The quality and taste of the food is really good. The people in the front office are really kind and helpful. I did not bring the travelling adaptor with me and they are so helpful in that not to mention providing a bicycle and umbrellas to explore local businesses. I was even offered a free chocolate drink, few eggs and croissant. Overall its very nice experience and I will stay here when ever I visit Amsterdam in future.

Its a non-smoking hotel environment and I really like a lot since I am non- smoker but I saw some people was smoking near and outside of this property. If the hotel management take some measures to avoid or control, that will be awesome.

The concept is interesting. Great "smart room" concept where many things are controlled from the ipad. The shower was fun! It's great for solo travelers though & if you're staying for 1-2 nights.

The conditioning system is not controllable except for the temperature – you cannot turn it off and the air flows directly on the bed, which is very annoying, and I couldn't sleep well. The room's cleanliness should be improved – there was dust in several places in the room, as well as some hair. Adding a charging spot or USB outputs for devices charging in the room will be nice considering the "smart" hotel's concept.

the place is quite nice and the location is really great, there is an amzing park nearby, and quite a few restaurants and bars, easy access to public transport and you even can have a lovely walk to the city center.

it's not too much for the price the hotel charges... no slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste, no robe and even more important there is no normal closet/drawer in the room. only 3 clothes hangers and that's it . I didn't even unpacked my things. Btw the ironing room isn't too great either. also , if booking a double/twin room with someone , bear in mind that toilet and shower are with glass doors and are located right in the middle of the room ;)
