Twin beds were comfy. Design was great. Canal view was worth it otherwise you get the parking lot. 20 min stroll to the museum area. 15-20 min drive to airport

Awkward to get into the shower with the toilet in the way. Curtains let in a lot of light in the morning from the top and bottom. Lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping. We had requested and paid for a late check out to rest and was still called up during that time by the front desk saying that we were past our stay as well as a knock on our door five minutes later by housekeeping, asking when we were leaving.

The staff were very welcoming, warm and efficient

Whilst my room, bedding and shower room were clean, the carpet was in need of a deep clean. They were heavily stained and an area where the colour was absent by a spillage. Room 235. It was also disappointing that I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights 4 months in advance at a cost of €2362 euros. My son booked his room a few weeks before travelling for €880 a difference of €250 per room.

I had a large room with a very comfy large bed, so the essentials were well in order. Nice-size bathroom too. Very quiet. Had a nice light snack in the "Living Room" in the evening and a great breakfast too. Friendly service. A very helpful member of staff helped me in the morning, as there was a small issue with the room rate as I checked in the night before. Perfect location for my meetings.

Slightly on the expensive side for the location. The hotel initially charged me more than the Booking.com rate was, but this was sorted out in the morning. Everything was clean and well, but for the price I expected a bit more.

Location, staff, comfortable bed. Wre had a nice view over the water. The bathroom robe and slippers are a plus. Hair dryer , with diffuser was a nice touch 👌🏻.

The fixed TV settings which you could not even change brightness on, the toilet wasn't as clean as expected from a pricey hotel. The decor of rooms is a little dark for my liking , but that's just personal preference. Pillows were not as comfy, a bit too high for me. The heating was a not as easy to use.

Nice room Quiet Good to have a balcony where you could enjoy the sunshine and a cup of coffee. The location was very handy for the amenities in De Pipe , Kup market , Damsel river promenade and over the bridges to the Ost precinct

The bathroom was small . The glass shower screen was poorly fitted so the shower spray leaked all over the floor . The screen was difficult to move so getting in an out of the bath required a gymnastic movement due to the awkward siting of the toilet. This was a very poorly designed en suite bathroom and I would replace the bath with a nice walk in shower.

The rooms were clean and comfy. The location worked out great to attend a conference daily at the RAI walking through the Beatrixpark a little bit (which made the commute pretty beautiful). It is located in a cute neighborhood with various nice food options and within walking distance from must-see places like the Rijksmuseum. It also has a nice outdoor terrace to have drinks by the canal.

The room prices were highly variable from day to day for no obvious reason, which made the hotel feel a bit overpriced.

We enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were lovely and looked after us when we had to rebook another night as our flight was cancelled. It was a beautiful hotel we, felt very comfortable and enjoyed the xmas celebrations. The food was amazing except for breakfast

Breakfast was over priced we thought for what we had. Big choice but nothing really special. In previous nice hotels we had a bucks fizz included for instance and coffee bought to our table. The only other thing was the location A little bit outside of the centre but we got to know the transport options from the concierge who was very pleasant and helpful and we did walk a few times. It didn't spoil our holiday, just made it a little difficult for my partner who has problems with his ankles and awaiting an operation. Having said that we would definitely come back!!!!!

The room clean and the atrium was lovely to walk through as it was adorned with plants. There was a lovely sitting area with a fireplace for a quick snack. The area was walkable and outside of the busy city center, which is only 3 stops away. The breakfast was nice, enough to fill you up until lunch.

The hotel is a 15 minutes walk to the train station which was not a huge deal breaker. My friend saw a mouse in common space while working on his laptop. The staff made it seem normal. We grab a clean towel which appeared to blood stains. They quickly replaced it with a new set.

The room was beautiful and very clean and very comfortable. The view was towards the courtyard of the hotel and it was still very pretty. Quiet, well serviced, and friendly. The staff even remembered my name!

The air conditioning was not that powerful in the room I stayed in, and the windows didn't open that much to allow a breeze in so sometimes sleeping was slightly warmer than comfortable.

Room- clean, modern, comfortable Location - wonderful views and within easy reach of transport links and restaurants Breakfast- cooked freshly for me based on my dietary needs. Gluten free rolls were lovely. Serving staff were great.

Room - There was no mirror near a plug socket so this made drying and styling hair difficult! A big design flaw. Breakfast - no dairy free yogurt or milk available. No gluten free pastries. Very expensive for poached egg, bacon and bread.
