Clean (change towels every day), fully stocked kitchen, vacum, refill coffee and sugar, dish washing detergent, etc. Maybe needs dish-hand washing detergent and scrubber, but there is a supermarket nearby- this is not a problem. This is a condo-hotel in my estimate, as we own one with an owners association and is managed by a hotel. So, calling these units a simple apartment does not do it the proper justice. It is located in the museum area, so convenient to all locations and supermarket. The area is upscale and safe. I would highly recommend it as long as there is one available for us when we return to the Netherlands. Just an enjoyable trip.

We loved everything snout it. We would have loved even more if there was a coin operated washer/ dryer in the building, but not sure there is space available.

The location was perfect. Very quiet area close to museums.

The bathroom had horrible smell when we checked in - drainage issue. The smell dissapeared after the 1st shower. Our access cards were deactivated on the day of check out before our check out time. I went to the supermarket on the day of check out at 9:00 and was denied access when I got back before 10:00, my friend that shared apartment with me had to open the door from the inside. Our transport arrived and we were waiting on the technician to open the door. The technician was very kind and helpful. Nova please deactivate cards from check out time which is 11:00.

Excellent location ner the Museumplain. The location is quiet but it's very close to the city centre and all the main city attractions. The supermarket is just 5 minutes walking distance. The tram stop is realy close so the place is well connected with the rest of the city. The appartment is comfortable and clean. There is a daily cleaning service (wich you can cancel if you don't like to be disturbed), but if you want fresh towels every day, you can just leave a note to the reception and they will leave the fresh towels. Communication with the staff is done mostly via phone or chat (there's no reception area in the apartment building itself) but there is a bell ring for the reception at the entrance door and they will answer immediately. There is also a phone in the appartment....it's a 24/7 service. Great experience, great accomodation to reccomend.

Our studio didn't have a balcony so if you are a smoker you have to go outside on the street, however there is an ashtray at the entrance of the appartment building.

The apartments are located among quiet leafy streets walking distance to restaurants, market, the Museums, and 25 minute walk to canals.

Steep stairs to the two bedroom suite are not suitable for older persons, lift is available to other rooms.

Perfect location for museum-goers, Rijks, Van Gogh and Stedelijk within 5-10 minutes of walk. Very decent and spacious room, with functional small kitchen, living and sleeping area. Functional lift, responsive and polite staff. Very reasonable cleanliness. Quiet neighborhood, except for daytime where construction works make some noise.

They have issues with enforcing their no-smoke policy. Occasionally, people do smoke pot in nearby rooms, intoxicating yours as well. Contacting staff about it apparently did help though, as it did not repeat in subsequent days. A bit expensive.

Loved the terrific staff, the location and the spaciousness of the apartment. Adinis is only two blocks from the U-Bahn and two blocks from the Germanisches Nationalmuseum, and several quick blocks from the Market Square around the Lorenz Museum. A terrific location. And, there is wonderful grocery story and many excellent restraunts within steps.

Please make available written instructions on how to use the microwave and the cooktop! Also, it would have been nice if a small simple breakfast of coffee and croissants had been available for those of us who do not need large breakfasts.

Did as described. Clean, all facilities. Bits and pieces for the kitchen like some detergent to start you off. Daily cleaner. Supermarket within 2 blocks. Good location. Quiet residential area but short walk to tram, bus, Museumplein and Vondel Park. Quick response by reception (based elsewhere) by WhatsApp.

Poor heating for a couple of days. Told that the radiators only came on when “the outside temperature reached a certain level”. Told to use air conditioning. It was 5degrees outside. 😟 Complained again on the second day and they said they would send someone around to check. Resolved by third day but without explaination.

The neighborhood was really nice, although residential there are several bars and restaurants a few hundred meters away. It is near the museum district, you get there with a 10 minutes walk. The area is well served by public transport, therefore you can reach the city center easily and quickly. The apartments are very modern and clean, we loved the espresso machine.

The pillows are terrible, which is really the only complaint I have for these wonderful apartments. Could add a few small cups for espresso

The location is great if you wish to taste a more premium experience of the city. Nearby shops for coffee, breakfast and lunch/dinner make it a great location, as well as the proximity to the museum square. Interacted with the staff as I had a misunderstanding regarding my reservation. They were all helpful and seemed to really cared about the situation , trying to fix it. Good customer service is demonstrated when issues arise and they did prove they are good.

Not sparkly clean. (Still this can hardly be considered a strong minus as the property is clean)

We loved our stay. Our group rented two apartments and it was the perfect solution for us. The apartments were exactly how they appeared in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens had everything we needed. The staff were also responsive and helpful. We had a stuffed animal go missing. We assumed it was accidentally added to the laundry with the bed sheets. We called the number for the office and within 10 minutes they found and returned it.

Nothing. We loved our stay. I’ve recommended it to friends who are visiting Amsterdam.
