The location was perfect as it was close to all the museums we wanted to visit (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, Moco etc.), close to several tram stops (5min by walk) and a supermarket (Albert Heijn, 7min by walk). The receptionists during our time there super nice and friendly. Fortunatelly our room was ready a bit earlier than the regular check in time, so we could enter our room earlier (but they do have a luggage room where we planned to drop off our luggage). The room was spacious and very nice with all the necessary amenities (towels, shampoos, coffee maker). You could also regulate the room temaparture which was nice. In the lobby near the reception there were a few machines where you could buy drinks, snacks and some hot bevarage.

The showers shouldn’t have gaps in the “walls” so it would prevent the water getting out, but thaťs just so the property doesn’t get damaged. Also the gap “in between” the tiles could be cleaned a bit more.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Room was nice, bed good, bathroom dark but good. Sound proof windows and perfect location. Next to concertgebouw, and trams and major museums. Easy to reach from train stations. Breakfast was good price for major city but we didn’t have time to try it. Nice luggage storage room you could access yourself with key. Price was excellent for center of Amsterdam.

Coffee machine worked but had to ask for cups. Limited space in room and only one chair for three beds.

Location is great, grocery store (Albert Heijn) is a block away along with tram access. Fair number of cafes nearby. Very safe area. I didn't bother with the tram, I just walked into the city centre every day. Tap water is potable so you don't have to go out for water, and it's super hot so you can make tea/coffee. Rooms are modern, and while small they'll do the job. Everything is recently updated in the rooms. I'm a digital nomad and the wifi was good enough for nested VPN tunnels and taking calls in the US, but I should note that there were outages around ~10pm for two of my seven nights there. The front desk seemed to know what to do (they went into a back room and ostensibly power cycled a router) indicating this may be a recurring issue. FYI.

The bathroom is incredibly small. I'm not particularly tall (and probably short by Dutch standards) and I had issues maneuvering in the bathroom. No microwave, fridge, or ice machine on the property.

Great spot for both museums and transport links to other areas. Beds were the comfiest we've ever had in a hotel. A really really good night's sleep!! The street was a little loud early morning, but I did leave the window open so that's probably on me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in was very quick and easy - the reception knew who we were before we said, felt very welcoming

Breakfast was fine and because it was included, it was ok. The bowls were too small really for cereal, and the milks were not clearly labeled so we had to guess. But the bacon and sausages were lovely, could have done with a slice of toast.

Really amazing location, very quiet but in the centre of town next to the big galleries and a tram stop one minute away. Very clean, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom and amazing friendly staff. This hotel was a really great find and I'd recommend it to anyone. My friend and I were in a twin bed room but could see from the floorplan that family rooms were available, I'll be back with my wife and kids.

Minor gripe but the pillows were not comfortable. However, we didn't mention it to the staff, who I'm sure would have offered an alternative if we had raised it. Would also have been nice to have a chair in the room.

Nice staff, great location not too far from the city centre but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Rooms were celan, Coffee machine was only an extra in it. Own bathrooms which is rare in Amsterdam for this price.

This hotel is located perfectly in near a tram and bus line. We could walk to museumplein in a few minutes and there was so much around. The room was comfortable if smaller than expected but for us it was a place to sleep and get ready so we did not mind. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the rainfall shower was a treat. Would recommend and stay here again

Very little. Just a small note there was no facility to get ice. It was very humid when we stayed and all our drinks were very warm. This would be a nice addition but not an essential

Room was pretty descent. Breakfast was pretty descent, although IPersonal preference. Location was decent. We were easily able to get a tram & bus card and travel to (and in hindsight from) airport by getting tram3, transferring to tram 13 and then getting bus 369 to airport. Reverse order for airport to hotel. Alternatively, walk to stop infront of Van Gough for tram2 or 12 for city centre and back. Saved us a bucket load of time and knee/leg aches.

Used our own cleanliness products instead of provided ones. Something was a bit off about the scrambled eggs. I couldn't tell if they were from powder or something weird was done to them when cooking. Either way, I couldn't really eat them at all. Boiled eggs saved the day! You could hear every noise from the corridor and some of the rooms so it was hard to take naps in the afternoon sometimes. Bed sheets made it hard not to break a sweat when sleeping during the night. Didn't feel like cotton so it was hard to keep pool and comfortable.

It was easy to arrive and find hotel. There was a bus from the airport that arrived to the station that is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The value we got for the price we paid was good but not because of the room but because of the hotel location. The room was small it was hard for two people to do anything but sleep. The bed was between two walls there wasn't space at all. the bed was comfy the room was clean overall. We barely use public transportation because everything was 10-20 minutes walk distance. There are many restaurants, cafes and bar around. There's a supermarket close by and a big park. A lot of museums are also a few minutes walking distance. Overall everything was good. The stuff was nice and welcoming.

In the picture the room didn't seem small but in reality there was barely room. but it does say it's 12m. The room was a bit dusty.

I was arriving late, but the staff responded to my email query very quickly, saying that I could still check in at midnight. The room was clean and relatively new, and had AC. The location was convenient for the museums, public transport, and a supermarket. The neighbourhood seemed very safe and quiet, and had a good breakfast cafe.

The room was small, and there were a few stairs in the the corridor after the elevator. Perfectly understandable for an older converted building, but something that should be considered if you have any disabilities.
