A very cool hotel, everything looked very new and the location was really great: very close to the museum square and with REM stops close. The high point was the staff, everyone was super nice, helped us with an early check-in and late check-out, kept our bags for a few hours and everyone was super friendly. Room very well equiped, shower is great and bed super confortable.

The self check in was easy. The room was large and modern, with a nice terrace that I unfortunately couldn't use because of the weather. The welcome kits in the rooms were a great detail, and the pillows were to die for. Loved that there was tea and not just coffee (along with the kettle, of course).

Location was more than perfect !!! Also, I was given a room on the 4th floor, and the view was so beautiful, if I looked to the right, I saw the Concertgebouw, the Museum Square and at the end of it the building of the beautiful Rijksmuseum. Very inspiring! And a very interesting cappuccino - beautifully foamed!

There was no coffee-machine in the room as promised, but for me it didn't matter at all, as I don't drink coffee late in the evenings when I returned. Happy Hour with glass of complimentary wine selection in the evenings in the lobby was thankful instead.

my friend had continual problems in her room with the temperature. Something was wrong with the thermostat in the room. After trying to fix 3 times, they moved her to another room

Wonderful location and really cute neighborhood. Well connected to reach the city center by walk or tram and 10 minute walk to Vondelpark. Additionally there is a 20 min bus to the airport just in front of the hotel.

Great, quiet hotel in a central location. Bus service from the airport stops almost outside. Ground floor rooms (we stayed in 18) with terrace were perfect for my son and I over to watch a concert at the ZiggoDome (easy connection there with Metro + tram). Great breakfast and coffee as well (they do flat whites :-)). And my son is 195cm so really loved the beds - normally his feet are at the end but he had plenty of space.

Our king rom was set up for a couple sharing so no door or screen to thr shower in the bathroom (toilet did have a door) - not a big deal but good for guests to be aware of. Possible that the triple rooms are different so worth asking about when you book

Our double room was very nice and cosy. We were on the 4th floor, facing the courtyard, which was perfect because there was no noise at night. The bed was quite big for two people and I loved sleeping on that mattress! They have a ‘pillow menu’ where you can choose the type of pillow you want and I thought that was quite funny :) You have everything you need in the bathroom and water pressure was good. I’ve read people complained about water spilling all over the bathroom floor and was worried about that, but, honestly, I just went in, closed the shower door behind me, turned the pressure a little down and everything was alright. Room temperature could easily be adjusted from the thermostat and the heater knob so we weren’t cold at all. We missed the wine & cheese hour (17-18), but we did find a small welcoming package with snacks and drinks in our room which was nice. Overall it was a great short stay and we loved the attention they give to making sure it’s an enviromental friendly hotel! I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely come back.

Personalised and warm welcome on arrival and our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely to be offered a glass of cava on arrival and find brownies waiting in our room! The bed was extremely comfortable with a choice of pillows. It was also quiet in the hotel, particularly at night, so it was easy to get to sleep. Fabulous shower and toiletries. We had everything we needed and all of the staff we met were helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a great location, A quick 5 minute walk to the Van Gogh and other fantastic museums and close to Vondelpark too. Great transport links to central Amsterdam and the airport (2 mins to bus and tram stops). We also walked a few times from the centre in around 40 minutes at a leisurely pace. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to get out and make the most of our short stay but it did look gorgeous! Very easy check in and out too. Our only regret was that we didnt make it to the daily wine hour. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Nice , clean , modern hotel , very good showers and beds , some English TV channels not that we had time to Watch them , nice Bluetooth speaker for connecting your phone , only thing that would be handy is a usb charger socket , but you can plug a usb into the back of the TV and charge that way at a push , fantastic location in a nice upmarket residential area , five min walk to the trams , ten to the museums , highly recommend this hotel if you want a fresh , clean modern hotel , with eco conscious considerations , we didn't eat but the breakfast looked good quality , hotel staff were very helpful , with the bag drop before and after check in/out.
