The location was great, 10min walk away from Keukenhof and less than 5min from all the shops. The size of the room was exceptionally big plus, and it is worth mentioning how clean and well kept everything was. Breakfast was good, not exceptional, but had all the necessary things.

The hotel was full yet very quiet, except... except everything from the street below were loud and clear, including the midnight boozetalk from the patios of two below restaurants. I now truly understand why there were ear plugs on our beds, well, that's one way to handle it 👍

I can't say enough good about the communication with the staff. Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I had some trouble with my credit card and they fixed it quickly and easily. And when I had trouble finding a place to park, they walked me through the area to know where I needed to be. Everyone was so helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were SO comfortable. And the best part - the air conditioning was COLD and wonderful after being out in the hot sun all day. Fantastic stay. Thank you!

Room was very big, modern and clean. Hotel is very well located.

You can hear the noise from the street very clearly. It can be noisy at night as rooms are on top of bars and restaurants. Hotel provides earplugs. Breakfast was not available every day. Only on the 25th and 26th December

I booked this hotel last minute and it is a new favourite. I arrived after check in closed but I received an eKey which worked perfectly. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked with tea and coffee, beds are great, and the bathrooms are fairly new. The hotel is above an excellent restaurant. Staff on WhatsApp and via email are friendly and super helpful.

The apartment was very clean, very spacious, with a very modern decoration and lighting. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. There were coffee and tea facilities. Chairs to sit, overall a very nice place to stay. The location is also close to the Keukenhof that is just about 1km away.

Had to carry up the luggage to the second floor. Was not a problem for me, but for older people they might require some assistance.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a lovely quiet area. The staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. The hotel room is decorated beautifully, the bed was very comfortable & the room was lovely & dark with the black out curtains. We hired bikes from just outside the hotel & cycled to the beautiful beach (around a 40 minute cycle). There are plenty of eateries around the hotel & some cute little shops.

The location was great. A short walk from bus stop. Right above a bar with outdoor seating so it was loud but we didn’t mind. Plus hotel provided earplugs. The bar downstairs was great and had good food with outdoor seating. It was our last night in the Netherlands so catching a direct bus to Schiphol was easy.

Best hotel I've stayed in a while. If you don't care about posh and focus more on comfort and budget, this place will beat every other place you will find in this price range. A solid 10/10 experience for me. - Very big room - Wifi - A kitchen! - Specious bathroom There were ice trays in the fridge, which was the cherry on top.

Can't think of anything. I wish the TV had Chromecast though.

The room was very spacious, we were in a deluxe, really enjoyed the kitchenette. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfy as well as the pillows. We were celebrating an anniversary and they left a special surprise for us, which was really thoughtful and we got to enjoy the drinks and coffee for free. The stairs in the hotel were modern and spacious, not like some that you see in the traditional dutch housing. The location is perfect.

There was some construction outside our window when we got there, but it didn't last long and was complete before we left. Didn't find it bothersome. The restaurant and main street was below our room, it wasn't too busy while we were there, but I see how this could be an issue if someone's trying to go to sleep early and they are still dinning outside, but again not a problem.

Location was very convenient to go to see the tulips garden. The room was generous and the beds were good. We had no contact with any staff as we skipped breakfast.

The bathroom was not 100% clean. Communication is mostly done via chatboot and a bit spamming. For specific question online staff did react.
